Don't buy from a carrier if you're going to be stuck in a contract. That said, they might sell it outright for more expensive.

Some great deal, BUT they only hold the 32gb version in stock, with no idea when or if they'll get the 64gb in)

Unfortunately Vodaphone don't have a great signal where I live so they are ruled out. O2 screwed me over a few yrs ago and I don't fancy getting screwed again!

Upgrades
The phone has only just gone on sale at p4u last Friday, for new contracts only. Upgrades are soon they say as I'm waiting for it. O2 had exclusive when it was released. A mate just got it on O2 upgrade.
I'm on Orange and if the store mgr of the p4u shop I went to had not checked I would have it now, checking again this Saturday.
Afaik Orange are not offering it direct yet.
FYI the 32Gig is the HTC one x and the 64Gig is the HTC one x+. I was tempted with the one xl for 4G ready but only 16Gig mem and the s4 CPU are the turning point for me.
With 4G not really going to be prominent in the UK for at least 12 months, I thought it best to get the x+.
The lack of sd port is not very nice and was tempted with the S3 LTE and note 2 but just love the sense UI. So I guess I will stick with it

The phone on orange will either be the One X they are referring to or most orange/t-mobile stores are selling the 32GB HTC One XL as an upgrade to the HTC One X so you they might have meant that.
I thought that HOX+ was only 64gb but they do make a 32gb version too!
I'm really not sure whether to hold out and see what comes in a few weeks/month or just get the 32gb.
I currently have a 16gb SD Card in my DHD so I'll be doubling up.
Any p4u insiders know if 64gb is coming?

the 64 gig IS onsale at P4U on NEW contracts only atm. Im gonna see if i can get it tomorrow on upgrade as they said it would be a week to two weeks tops for it to be available there
Got an email yesterday saying
"Thank you for your recent email regarding the memory size of the HTC One X plus.
I have looked into your query and I can confirm that the size if the 64GB, however it does not support the SD card expansion. I have been happy to look into your query."
I'm expecting a call from them today so will insist I get the 64gb!

Not heard from Orange UK direct yet!
Don't forget Orange UK shope are now EE shops... I've only seen the EE phones on display so far.

just spoke to P4U on there call centre, they CAN do upgrades online straight away but they dont know about the shops, looks like its time to go and see them, and EE shops will do there std phones plus the 4g stuff, orange wont offer the Hox+ yet because they just got a job load of Hox in

I thought it would just like AT&T, ship few days early and arrive on the launch date. Anyway, I received an email early this afternoon from Best Buy that the phone will be delayed, and it will arrive 5/2-5/13. After that, I called Best Buy and said i want to cancel my order and get it in store, but they won't let me. The email that they sent stated that if i want to cancel, i can call anytime before the phone ship! Then i received another email a hour later that state my phone has shipped, and it gave me the tracking number. It should arrive tomorrow.
Its a bad experience overall, and i feel bad for those who order from Best Buy and got stuck into the delay with no way to cancel

Since you live in Greece, you may want to look into buying a htc butterfly. It's most likely going to be more expensive, but it's the same phone, and you will also have an SD card slot.
I had to choose between those two....when they released I paid full retail price and got the DNA..the details got me...the red power button the red camera ring made my decision...butterfly is a little thicker...although the main thing that I did well and choose it is the development.....DNA has more options than butterfly........

Hey guys. I noticed not a lot of activity in the forums for this phone but I will be buying one next month! I've always wanted the thinnest phone in the world ( going back a few years it was the huawei ascend p6 which I never managed to get )
But this looks good as a stylish phone I'm a little gutted to see no lollipop or any ROMs for that matter but I'm sure they'll turn it unfortunately

Awesome, I was very close to buying one but the way 3.5mm jack and charger dilemma was putting me off, part of me wishes I bought it because it looks beautiful and I actually like color os, plus you'll get lollipop soon!
