Does anyone know how to disable Omatefaces so that when I use Oclock the lockscreen doesn't show the Omatefaces? If I set lockscreen clockface with Oclock you still see the Omatefaces one. Looks a bit stupid seeing one clock face then a second one straight after.
Disable the lockscreen in system settings. Then you will only get Kurt Watchfaces.

well ive deleted Omatefaces, and am using Kurts app, but i still get double lockscreen. The Omatefaces is on first screen then it changes to the one selected in Kurts app. How annoying.

Disable swipe to unlock as Loki suggested. You then only see Kurts watch faces.
Cheers will try

On a related note, will the o'clock watchfaces ever get a 12 hour format for most of the watchfaces? Also have functional notification elements instead of static pictures? This as reaally a half ass job here.

Agreed.
Hi is it possible to set the following background on the clockface - maybe using the method similar to the one described above?

I only want to see it whenever I turn on the omate. This is my weekly schedule. Would be nice if all clock & date & call log icons, and other stuff was on the top white line. But for beginning It's not critical. I just want to see my weekly schedule even if it gets obscured by clock arrows or anything else.
I have omate 8GB/1GB in Europe 2100. I have just flashed it with firmware TEST_RELEASE_Omate_2100_TrueSmart_20140314.zip

It's part of the framework, so deleting the app won't do anything.

Can someone explain me where I can find the setting to disable the lockscreen/Slide to onluck? Can't seem to find it. I can only find the option where can choose between a few different analog and digital clock designs to put on the lockscreen.
Edit: Found it, so for future google searches:
Settings -> Personal & Accounts -> Security -> Screen lock = None

I changed Slide to None but still seeing the default clock face before the Oclock face.
I have the 1/8 2100 version with OUI 2.1.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't seen anyone post about this, but I really want to know about the lockscreen. The thing is I love using the pattern lock, but what I dislike is that every UI I've seen, excluding sense, have removed their standard slide-unlock screen when enabling the pattern-lock. What I love about sense is that, it didn't remove the slide-unlock...
If anyone could shed some light on this, I'd be really grateful.
Thanks!

The standard lockscreen is replaced with the pattern lock when enabled which is no different to the way stock gingerbread doess it.

Ouch, fail. So you don't have a lockscreen and pattern lock? Lockscreen for quick acces, pattern lock after prolonged period of not using the phone...
Major major fail.
Man,if you are into lockscreen.
Nothing comes close to widgetlocker{Sense 3.0 is the only other thing which comes to my mind},so many different themes to choose.
Windows/MIUI/iPhone/SE Arc & bunch of other themes to choose.
Widgetlocker is the best way to customise your phone lockscreen
I'll add another voice supporting WidgetLocker. Without wanting to state the obvious having widgets on your lock screen is fantastic (calendar, etc) and it keeps the slide and then pattern, as you want...
+1 for Widgetlocker, wouldn't be without it.
...it also lets you activate the screen with the home button, which will be ideal for those who can't get on with Samsung's placement of the power button.

Then don't buy it dude. You're complaining about every little detail. Everybody is waiting on the perfect phone but it doesn't exist and that will never happen.
Therefore, maybe you shouldn't buy a phone at all...

It's so easy to replace functions with third-party programs on Android, I really have to restrain myself not to litter my phone with every nice app I find.

Purchase widgetlocker from the market, after that you can get various lockscreen themes{include only the sliders} from xda android section itself.
Only the slider is there in the theme, rest all which you have seen in my lockscreen are the widgets
Yeah the widgets were the things that made it look good, do you just move them to the screen or what?
Thanks for your help

Yes,in widget locker you can use any widget on your lockscreen, just like you do it on your android homescreens
These are the only settings available for the security lock.

I have been in the android scene for just under a year (since the release of the skyrocket)
I have an icon in my system tray today that i have never seen before. I have not added any new apps in over 2 weeks so nothing is new.
I have AVAST antivirus on my phone and that corner is where i normally have an orange dot to show the AV is running. I went into avast to see if anything was different but all looks normal.
Anyone see this icon before?

no, but your clock icon and settings icon drive me nuts! you can get to settings with the menu button and the clock by clicking on the time on your widget. This would give you space for some different icons lol. Sorry, im a loser.

I'll be damned. Your right, that widget doesn't take you to the clock. Just about every other clock on the market does though when you click on the time. And weather if you click on it etc...
I use a widget like "One More Clock Widget" which allows you to set it to open any app depending on where you click.
Here is one of the skins that comes with it.

Working well on my phone after some adjustments to make it look good on S Advance
Note: if the default screen of 4x4 is change, to 4x5, sadly it squishes the app so things don't look quite right. this is made for standard 240 dpi.
Install with CWM or TWRP (mount system first).

Just tried it, can’t get it to align on my S23 Ultra
Also, in case anyone is wondering, you can remove most of the icons on the Status bar:
Install Good Lock: https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.goodlock
Launch Good Lock and install QuickStar
Enable Quick Star
Tap Visibility of Indicator Icons
Select the Battery Slider to disable it (as well as any others you want)

Not sure what to say here... I followed my instructions and was able to position it just fine.
One thing I can say is if you message the Dev, he's very responsive (he's even here on XDA (https://forum.xda-developers.com/m/jagan2.1884109/)) so you can message him and see if there is something he can help with.
I'll keep poking around and see if there was anything else I can think of that I did. I'll uninstall and reinstall to see if that can replicate what you are seeing and what I did to fix it.
Found the issue, my screen resolution is set to FHD+ and not WQHD+
If I change it to WQHD+ it's fine. I'll inform the dev.
Cheers.

For some reason my colors changed on my Google search widget and I have no idea why or how to get it back to normal.
I have tried to reset it in the settings. I have changed it to different colors etc but nothing works. Not even deleting it and putting it back works.
The even stranger thing is that when I change the text from a "G" to "Google" that part shows the correct colors.
Anyone have similar problem and know how to fix it?

What you mean? You mean One UI 5.1 ?
If you do not know what it means, and you set the device up, then it is stock. Try removing the widget, clearing googles cache, and re-adding.
Additionally, try turning on material you, saving, and then turning off.
Neither worked.
The funny thing is when i restart the phone it shows the correct colors but only for a second then it goes back to the "wrong" colors.
It's definitely something that happens with Googles latest update.
I reverted the google app back to it's standard version and it works without problem. As soon as i update the app to it's latest version the problem arrives.
Im not sure thou how to get rid of the problem with the latest version.
It's like the phone applies another color scheme for the widget (and only the widget) even thou i don't have anything set to do so.
