@coolkillermax, I just rooted my huawei media pad t1 7.0 with Kingroot 4.8.2 in a flash. Just keep your gadget connected to the internet from the start of installation. Kudos to @SWAGIchDROID

Hi. I have a Huawei Mediapad T1 7.0.
I tried Kingroot 4.8.2 to root my device (connected to the internet from the start) but it didn't work for me.
Does Kingroot work with specific kernel version or something? @DjSix4 Can you post a tutorial of what you've done?
Please help. Thanks.
I successfully rooted mine using kingroot from a PC. I had already this only worked after I managed to unlock my bootloader though. You can request a code from emui.com. You need to create a huawei ID and have your account for two weeks before you can get the code though.
Thanks! I will try to do this and I'll let you know if it works.

Yeah, I know. I basically just kept clicking the green (or blue) buttons or whatever and it worked. That said, I lost root for some reason so I need to do it again.
install kingroot 4.9.6 and try root (repeat 2-5 time)if doesnt work just keep it dont uninstall kingroot..then install kingoroot and click root
repeat 2-5 times until there is two result:
1.kingoroot when reached 90% said kingroot request root permission.. pick granted ..even says kingoroot failed but you have kingroot working as root management..
2.kingoroot success and superuser installed...but kingroot fail to gain root ...
i think the key is update problem the baseband with xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx_pi can be done with kingroot only..but if updated tried methode above....
I used KingoRoot and it worked!Just install the apk one and then start rooting(just wait though)!Hope this helped you!...

Hey sorry been off. Did you manage to root? If not, let me know then i will post a tutorial
I attempted to root this with kingo root and no luck. Everything I see on here only references the pro version. Found a tutorial to unlock bootloaders but the qualcom driversinstall.exe didn't work. Does anyone have any info? This phone is driving me crazy with a security app I can't turn off or disable.

You must have done something wrong because this is the easiest phone to root ever.
Install KingoRoot app onto your phone (kingoapp dot com), open, tap root, wait, done.
Edit: On second thought, it is better to use KingRoot 4.9.0 (google 'KingRoot 4.9.0 APK') instead of the new version because versions up to 4.9.0 can easily be deleted and replaced with SuperSU by using Super-Sume Pro, and SuperSU is compatible with more apps.
Edit²: made a guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/general/guide-wiko-pulp-4g-pulp-fab-4g-root-t3436580

Hi there
I just upgraded to the 47A using the kdz and lg flash tools and searching on the forums i see that the only root method for this version is using kingroot,if there is another method to root permantly (as far as i have read king root, root the phone, but you need re-root it whenever you reboot the phone), can someone provide me with info on those methods?
