[Q] Stop packet data notification? - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

When ever i turn on/off mobile data from the quick toggles i keep getting these two messages.
When turning on:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
When turning off:
This use to never happen before and now its getting annoying as it shows up every single time i use the toggle.
I have unlimited data plan btw.
Can someone tell me how to disable it, please!??

It's related to wanam but to repair it You need to delete feature.xml from system/csc and rename feature.xml.bak to feature.xml and reboot. It was mentioned few sites ago by me.

Stock Rom - CHANGE MAC ADDRESS??

FULL IMAGE AT here
Ive searched the web for how to change mac address on s3, it appears to be challenging. The screenshot shows one of the ways to do it, but it is neither quick or convenient, because it refreshes the mac everytime you turn off wifi and the connection is really slow, unusable.
(Higher quality image than posted below, not full though)

}
But the guy answering the posts says he's got a long lasting fix...but it looks like it requires recompiling drivers or stuff....what if i wanted to just change the mac without a completely permanent fix, but still a complete 100% mac change method? Anybody know how?

Jmz Power Saver Notification Disabler

Since I personally confirmed it working on the ATT and the other options not working I am posting this here. If you want to stay stock and remove that notification download my app.
****THIS APP REQUIRES ROOT****
This simply disables the Power Saver Notification that appears on HTC Jellybean Sense devices. Reboot is required for change to take effect.

it's useful, thanks very much
worked perfectly! thanks!
Just so you know, it's able to remove the notification on the international variant but can't enable it again.

[Q] Remove Notification Icon

This icon appears whenever my data allowance has been used up. My network who are usually useful with things like this were otherwise on this occasion.
My phone is rooted with CM and terminal editor. Although I've not well versed in terminal editor I can follow instructions, like adding read/write to the system folder so I could delete system apps.
Any help in the matter is greatly appreciated.

Not sure entirely which app controls that, but you can find out by long pressing on the notification drawer then choosing App Info - should have the option to uncheck notifications. Unless it's system app that doesn't have that option. Then you could look into using the Xposed Framework and something like this: http://repo.xposed.info/module/de.defim.apk.notifyclean

Mobile data saver or restriction

Hello,
If my question needs to be moved please move it. Thanks
In short I am wanting to restrict all data access to all apps with the ability to exempt some programs. Example Outlook or Hangouts.
I am on Project Fi with 1 gig of data. My work and home have WiFi. So just need data when on road. My work gives me a 25 dollar stiffen for phone and my goal is to is to knock my data down to get service for free. I have shut down all back ground data on all programs but I see some programs are still chewing up data.
Is there a app or other way that I may be able to accomplish this?

You could use a firewall if you have root.
