When you uninstall an app from Settings ====> Apps, all traces of app from /data, .android_secure, /sdcard/Android are erased.
Only thing that is left is folder created by app IN SDCARD. (example sdcard/Tasker) You need to delete such folders manually. I think this a security feature so things like WhatsApp media are not deleted when you uninstall it.
Press Thanks if helped.

[Q] How to delete SGS-2 system applications !!!

Yes there is, it's called Freezing and Unfreezing. Freezing removes the app from your phone. But the file remains on there, in case problems occur, that way you can unfreeze and return the app to its normal state.
Be aware that deleting the wrong file can lead to a non booting phone so Backup .

Seems you have tried the free version, the Pro version has the Freeze and Uninstall feature, but yes, do make sure what you are Uninstalling, I always recommend Freezing an app but not Uninstalling.
Regards.
I have rooted my phone, installed Superuser etc and I'm using Android Mate to delete a trial app called GFG 2011 but can't delete it.
The program was installed along with other apps but after trying to delete it without success I tried to move it to the delete bin and it ended up replacing the green phone icon on bottom of screen and put the green phone icon back with the rest of the apps.
With Android mate I can access system/app and tick GFG 20011 (Good Food Guide 2011) then select delete sometimes message says it is successfull but app is still there.
Any Ideas how to remove this blasted app? Would I have to use titanium pro?

Deleted file commander by accident

i have rooted z2 and i deleted file commander by accident with ES file explorer
i reinstalled it again but now it's just normal user application how can i set it back as system application
Use Link2SD to convert user apps into system apps. Free up some space by deleting bloatware in system/etc/customization/applications and system/etc/product/applications. After converting said app into a system app reboot your phone.

Thos are apps waiting to be reinstalled in the event of a factory reset. Just use any root explorer to delete them.

[Q] Internal Storage and System apps

Every Android device come with pre-installed system apps such as Youtube, Email, etc. How these apps are updated? For the user installed apps, updating will simply replace the old version, but the system apps are in different story. Will there are two copies for the system apps? One for the old version and the other for the new version?
If I uninstall some of the system apps (in a rooted device with the help of some app) that I do not needed, will the space occupied by the system apps allocated back to me for personal use?

When you update a system app then update app stored in data partition. System app in factory version remain same in system partition.
If you uninstall system app then it will free up your system partition. But you can not use for store other data to system partition like internal storage.
You can convert user app to system app.

This means that there are two copies of the apps, and I always launch the copy in the data partition?

Uninstall Gmail with titanium backup or any other app. Boot to recovery mode and clear dalvik cache and reboot.
I try. After reboot gmail is back. I try via root Explorer too. I deleted folder gmail2 in /system/app but after restart folder is back.
