[Q] Soft Bricked MT6582 phone (bot not unflashable) - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I need a compatible rom to recover this with to flash to the phone. I just dont know what rom to use.
I've gone through a number of MT6582 roms already.
This phone came from the Chinese domestic market, marketed as MT6592 octa core, 5.5" 1080p etc, but it's MT6582 quad core.
The MTK tools returned this info

I have a copy of the original scatter file, but not the rom. Been trying this scatter file with other roms to no avail (Though it flashes successfully)
Does anyone have a rom recommendation?
The battery has HGL MM808 written on it.

It has two sim card slots, on the right hand side above the battery, big sim under the microsim and microsd slots.

I have the same problem. I dont know what that means. My phone is stuck in boot animation. I can still charge and go to recovery mode (normal recovery). My phone is Alcatel One Touch Pop C7 (

you guys ever figure it out? Im stuck in bootloop after modifying the EBR files. Still trying to get it out. Can boot into recovery, but now it wont install roms either. Any clues?
