I have a atrix hd thats needs a new battery and screen. i looked up the EB20 battery and seen where theres also a EB40 that i think works in the razr maxx. will the EB40 model battery work in the atrix hd? Thanks!

Like the topic says, I have both the Atrix (which I <3) and the droid bionic (GSM unlocked). I would like to keep both, but I would rather sell one to get something else, so which would you keep and why?
My requirements for these phones are webtop and ICS, neither has the latter just yet...
Bionic vs Atrix = Bionic
if xt875,bionic.

My friends battery on his bionic sucks and he has an extended battery, my Atrix on neutrino lasts longer. For me battery life is important.

I think I am running that Nutrino rom, I'll have to look. I would use the phone more often, but alas it sits in a drawer too much recently, well ever since getting a Galaxy S2 and all, kinda hard to compete there...
Hi guys,
Just got me a razr xt910 in the uk. So far I'm happy with the hardware. Came from a desire z so the lighter weight and larger screen will take some time to get used to.
About the battery. I get the advantages of having a none removable one. How do you guys do a battery pull? If, for example, something goes funny with a flash, do you just have to wait till the battery dies or os there a long hold power button or something.
Looking forward to playing and flashing.
Cheers.

Hi
Since you cannot pull the battery the workaround is to make a factory cable to keep flashing if battery went off.
Here's a how to

This is the Droid xt910 I am on wifi 90% of the time.
I am on stock rooted ICS. No mods other than the power saving settings that turn things off when my battery is low. This phone by far has gotten me the best battery life with my hardcore useage

I can usually go all day with moderate usage (games/reading on bus, checking internet, etc.) without too much worry about battery life. I heavily rely on Juice Defender and usually turning off wifi unless I need it. I probably should clock it. I'll have to do it once I settle into my new ROM.
very nice

Hi guys,
I bought the OTG adapter and opened it up.
I was wondering if based on this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=26283265&postcount=22
I can just supply the 5V on the 3 pins to charge the tablet while using the OTG. Has anyone done such a thing? Please see attached image.
In sensation you only can use UTG with an external power supply like you're trying to do...

How so?, the problem is that the transformer charges with 15v from what ive heard
Exactly, you need to mod a USB 3.0 cable that will be connected to the charger...

So...
I think this works.... I sodered two cables to the dongle and although I only have a 12V source right now.... When I connect it to the 12v source, I get the battery notification popup, however, I don't get the "charging (AC)" status on the battery settings. I need to find a 15V source to try it out.
What if you try an USB cable and the stock charger?

That doesn't work. The stock charger only outputs 5V unless you SEND 5V to some pin so that it switches to 15V

Anyone care to chime in for ideas as to why this does not work? The tablet "Dings" and shows the battery icon, but it does not charge.
I'm convinced this requires a kernel mod, but I have no idea on how to get started. Any tips?
I would ask that in one of the kernel threads in development, and/or PM one of the kernel developers and ask.
Hi
Just the title says I want a good app to diagnose the battery and tell me what is juicing it.
I'm with a S20 plus 4g with 5h sot at the most
Thanks @Deiota
