if i flash to official via exe method from coolics V7 does i need to downgrade it first ?
I take it your s-on, unlocked right? We need a little more details like what Rom your on? Hboot, firmware, radios what recovery? Stuff like that. The answer to your question is no. Just make sure your bootloader Is relocked before you run the exe.
here are what you ask
SHOOTERu PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT- 1.49.0011
eMMC-boot

my current rom is CoolICS V7 i can't flash to the newest version because i am s-on (the newest use different radio)
today i relock my boothloader (didn't downgrade) and try to flash original rom via exe method (ruu_shooter_u_htc_asia_wwe_1.22.707.3_radio_10.55.9020.00_10.13.9020.29_m_release_219394_signed.exe)
it was not succesed it's show error in Thai language mean "not correct ulitility rom"
now i unlock my bootholader again and restore my backup to use the phone.
what should i do to revert back to original rom :silly:
Try a different ruu. Maybe you don't have the right one for your carrier/region?

The pictures are a little fuzzy, but based on the second one it looks like you are already on build 1.22.707.4, or at least that's your current mainver (build level). With S-ON you can only flash a build at the same level or higher than your current level, so you would need an RUU at 1.22.707.4 or higher to flash it with S-ON.
If you unlock again with the same token you used previously and install a rooted ROM, you should be able to flash the SetMainVersionLow.zip in this post from a custom recovery to change your mainver to a low value and then you should be able to relock and successfully run either of the RUU's above.

You have a different problem now. The RUU.exe you are trying to flash doesn't match the CID of your phone.
If you go into your ADB directory on a PC and issue the "fastboot getvar cid" command it will return the value of your current CID and maybe someone will be able to tell you what RUU.exe you need.

If you are going to change the CID of your phone you should document what it is from the factory so you can restore it later. Maybe someone else with your model can help. I have a Sprint CDMA model.

I would kick in 5 bucks if someone would post the stock radio in a TWRP / Philz's flashable format confirmed working.
Would also kick in another 5 bucks if someone in a plain manner.
My HBoot is 3.116.0.0000
Radio: 1.14.21331931.LA21G
Could be cool to understand how to upgrade this through a simple RUU flash rather than S-ing ON and all that stuff.
Thanks!

Can you explain what you did to flash it? Fastboot flash does not work even thought I am superCID
and as the user above states it flashes in recovery successfully however, the baseband does not update in about.
fyi the tmobile radio attached in the M8 thread is 75 mb and my friend said his verizon radio is 42 mb the attached ATT radio is only 4 mb. I dont think this is the right file/radio. My friend and i tried to manually flash the radio.img and the phone didn't receive any reception and under baseband it said "unknown" i flashed back the 1.54 radio.
***EDIT*** If you download the T-Mobile radio and flash it in recovery it works fine:

Alright guys so i got ThrasherSC2K2's AT&T radio.img to flash properly thanks to the help of russellvone. Here's what we did. I'm NOT responsible for any damage
1. First download this file http://d-h.st/FNq
2. Put the radio.img file into your ADB folder
3. Open up command prompt and copy and paste the EXACT lines
4. adb push radio.img /storage/sdcard0/radio.img
5. adb shell
5. su
6. dd if=/storage/sdcard0/radio.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p20
7. adb reboot
and then voila you will be on 1.14.21331931.LA21G_20.28A.4145.00L
Here is the full update package for CM 11's Build XNPH22Q as well as the OTA update zip (The OTA cannot be flashed alone, you need o come from a previous build to flash the zip)
For the fastboot image zip you flash each of the images in fastboot DO NOT FLASH IN RECOVERY: Unzip the file and then run each of the commands
Code:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
fastboot flash system system.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash cache cache.img
fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
fastboot flash sbl1 sbl1.mbn
fastboot flash dbi sdi.mbn
fastboot flash aboot emmc_appsboot.mbn
fastboot flash rpm rpm.mbn
fastboot flash tz tz.mbn
fastboot flash LOGO logo.bin

Disclaimer: I am not responsible if you use this and brick your device or if your device blows up, implodes, flames start shooting from it, or it kills your neighbor's dog.. It was the other guy... I swear.... Flash at your own risk
Thx for last update... Oppo users will be happy...

It may too be a server problem from androidfilehost but somehow the download is broken in a strange way. On the download page it says that the file is about 4xx.xx MB but when you download it, it's only 0B and of course you can not open it. So, I want to request if you could upload the fastboot image .zip to an alternative web host like MEGA or Google Drive. I believe not only I would appreciate it very much!
Thank you in advance!

Apparently this isn't the production build, but the final pre-production build. Phones sold to public will be sold with the next update installed, at least that's implied by the message:
This is the final pre-production release for the OnePlus One and will prepare your device for the production build to follow.

It's not unlocked.. That's why you are getting that failed error.. I don't know why it's not unlocked if you ran fastboot oem unlock but that failed message in your screen shot means the bootloader is not unlocked. Sorry, I don't have time to make a zip

Variant system version is caused by a mismatch between MID/CID and the software version.
Restore your MID/CID to original value or to the value that match your software version.
I don't know how. Can you please explain how to do that , step by step.
Can someone help me please I'm stuck here , do I have to unlock bootloader and root the device or what so ever to get the 4.4.2 with sense 6 and how please help, tnx.

I'm pretty sure any fastboot flash will fail with a locked bootloader
Can I extracted ru rom update.app and replace c 185 modem file in that and flash wite local update
I think I would try downloading the latest update direct from Huawei and load it with the DLOAD folder update trick.
I'm not sure what you were trying to accomplish, but generally speaking.... you download the UPDATE.APP file and place it on your internal storage. Hold down both volume buttons with power until the phone boots to a black screen that says "updating"
For future reference, always backup your partitions before messing with them.

it won't work because his phone has been changed to a different region and now bootloader locked
and both old and new region updates fail
