hello, i am novice android developer.
first, sorry to my English is poor..
I make call recorder with Galaxy S2 and S4 now. so i used Voice_downlink.
But it is not working.
I found that. but i can't find solution.
I find downlink is sometimes sealed by manufacturer because of hardware chipset.
if seal is true, i want to unseal by editing kernel source or S2 or etc...
my S2 is rooted.
please give me solution who knows. I'll very thanks to you and pleased.
Thanks to read my thread!

Hello, i hope this Question is in the right category/place, if not, Feel Free To Throw Candies~ :3
So, i have a Samsung Galaxy Fit S5670 Don't Kill Me QAQ7 and from what i saw, It is really similar to the galaxy mini S5770, we even got a Cyanogen port for mini working on galaxy fit, only things that aren't working are the Camera amongst other minor stuff.
My Question is, How do one port roms? and if possible, how to fix the bugs in the rom we already have, note that the two phones are really similar and the port was tested by quite a few people.
Any push in the right direction would help, thank you so much in advance~<3
p.s. i searched everywhere for pertinent info, couldn't find any, was really hesitant to ask ouo
Hello everyone!
I'm from Indonesia. I have this SHV-E210K for about 3 months, and it is stressful knowing that I can't check the balance credit. I have search in any forum, and whether it's in XDA or any forum, it's still don't have the answer.
I have read that in S1 I9000 you can just disabling mobile tracker and USSD code will work again. But in this time, it's different matter. I can't use the method from I9000..
There is known problem in my Galaxy S III SHV-E210K with JB 4.1.2 or before at ICS that USSD code won't work. I faced this problem for many days and was unable to use some GSM services like balance checking etc. Normally in other phone, I can check it with just dial *123#, now since I using SHV-E210K the code won't work, so I must change my USIM to other phone to registering the data package or check my phone balance etc.
Please some one help me! I really need this answer!
*my Samsung Galaxy SIII SHV-E210K never being rooted, it's still official from the first time until now.
I know there is official thread about SHV-E210K, but not specific and not have diffrenciate thread page like T-mobile or any SIII with its carrier, so looking the answer from the member from SHV-E210 forum is too hard. :'(
Thread SHV-E210 is too silent, not like the others which is always crowded, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1710084
I recently write the SHV-E210K review, feel free to come http://bay9091band.blogspot.com/2013/02/review-samsung-galaxy-s-iii-shv-e210k.html
please someone help me :crying:
come on man! please help me! :crying:

Hi XDA friends,
I installed on my Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-i9505 cyanogenmod 11 kitkat 4.4.2.
That is very nice and I really like it but it has a bug.
When I am calling and I put it on my ear the screen shut down, this is correct. But when I move the phone out of my ear to hang out or to find an information in my cell, this does not wake up. I was reading many internet pages about this and I think this is a proximity sensor problem.
Do you have any advice or apk to solve this problem??
Best regards

Welcome to XDA! I'm wishing you a good time in the forums. But you better check the place were you want to post twice, since some users react a little bit rude against posting in the wrong forum. But that's just a little advice, you're new here and it's ok. When you have some questions you can send me a PM. (But I warn you: I'm just a normal user, I know nothing special. )
You should post this in the CM11 thread for your device. This one should be the right one (I'm not familiar with the Galaxy S family. ).

Hello Everyone,
Does anyone know where I can find a modded firmware for a Samsung Galaxy Light (SGH-T399) ?
The firmware needs to be modified so it does "NOT" include wifi capabilities. I have heard of this being done before, and I would like to know if anyone has made a modded version like this or know anyone who can do it for me. If it costs money, I will pay for it, but if someone can help me, all is appreciated. I thank you for your time and cooperation in this matter.

Hello guys, i have a request for all Samsung Galaxy Xcover GT-S5690 devs. Can anyone dev help me port CyanogenMod 9 for my Xcover? How can i do that if it's possible of course
Hi!
I'm no dev, but I got a GT-S5690 yesterday from someone who no longer needed it. I just ordered a replacement battery, and I was looking to find some custom ROM for it, but it seems there hasn't been much interest in developping ROMs for this device. Too bad, because even if the specs are not top notch, the fact that it is IP67 makes it a great companion for all kinds of activities (I'm fond of kayaking).
There seems to be lots of people wanting CM for that phone. I'm just afraid it might be impossible, otherwise I guess someone would already have published a zip file to flash.
Anyway, here's what I've found:
http://forum.cyanogenmod.org/topic/40439-samsung-galaxy-xcover/
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2441912&page=2
https://github.com/manakeri/android_device_samsung_xcover/wiki/Installing-CyanogenMod
I might give it a try when I have some free time. But I will first have to learn how to compile CM. It goes without saying that if I get it to work, I'll share the file.
Let me know if you find something on your side!
Cheers!
