i rooted my samsung galaxy note 8.0 . somebody installed android versions updater and used it now my tablet doesn't respond . like touchwiz home, samsung keyboard , even the settings.

You are saying that your device is rooted ..
so did you taken any rom backup viz. CWM Backup
if yes then use it to restore the whole system
if no then search on xda for samsung galaxy note 8.0 stock rom and flash it ..

but i cannot usb debug my tab anymore coz i cannot open the settings .

Ok...
In this case you have to hard reset your device.. but your data will be deleted..
goto cwm and wipe cache and wipe data and reboot.
this will make your device to original stock rom state

Android backup whatever you mean by that is is not EFS .
Please read the faqs and guides first its all posted .
And please stop spamming the board with multiple identical questions .

no. you need to back it up separately. consider the above post by jje seriously.

you are a newbie i guess. how did you flash a custom rom without knowing how to flash a custom recovery?
anyhow, enter the recovery mode(volume up+home+power). there you can see backup&restore option, go into it and back it up. hope you do everything right. read the stickies if you don't know what you are doing.

Second, my problem ...
I just flash omega v17 AOKP on Samsung Galaxy S3 and he don't reboot ...
When he reboots after the installation, I got the black screen with Samsung galasy s3 for 10 seconds and then, the phone goes back in the recovery mode.
And idea ?
Wipe phone factory reset read the rom install instructions .

Edit: I took the 4.4 android instead of the 4.3, maybe is it the reason ?
I'm trying the 4.3 and post backup
Edit 2: I tryed version 4.3 and it works. So new question, what should I do for installing the version 4.4.2 ?

My Galaxy Win 3-4 minute intervals automatically restarted and i can not enter CWM Recovery Mod, Is it possible that CWM Recovery to be deleted? Thank you in advance!
To delete CWM , just download and flash the stock rom through odin . If your device is rooted , it will become unrooted if you will flash stock rom .
Don't forget to press thanks If I helped you in anyway .
Is it showing a blue screen before switching off..?
And secondly have you been messing with the internal memory for a long period of time.?

I'm having a problem with installing custom ROM's on my I9300 internatinal !
when installing finished and when rebooted , be freeze in galaxy s3 logo !!! i tried another custom rom but again have this problem !!!
but the stock rom don't have any problem and be install very easy !

yes when i installin first rom !
but in second rom i used MEGA WIPE and wipe anything , even rom !!!
EFS might be corrupt, go read the sticky thread in general on how to check.

I had successfully rooted my Galaxy Tab A, and tried to flash xposed. But it must have been incompatible. Because it gets stuck at the Galaxy Logo. Can someone help me repair it?

After flashing xposed, u must wait for atleast 5 mins for ur device to boot...it's pretty normal provided u have flashed the correct version of xposed for ur android version ...if u have been waiting for more than 5 mins then flash ur stock firmware using odin ... or else restore from nandroid backup if u have one
