So today while I was out I went to use my mobile data, only to find that when I activated it via the notification bar, nothing happened, no symbol, no nothing.
Here's what the possible culprits could be?
Recently I have rooted my phone, installed CWM Recovery, upgraded to I9300XXEMG4, installed Greenify, custom boot animations,SuperSU, an app called 'Boot animations', OBackup, BusyBox Free and some others...
Help would be greatly appreciated!

Wrong network settings wrong CSC wrong modem messed up firmware are the usual suspects.

How do I check what modem I have? And I tried that, same result.
@jj- I assume the only action is to proceed with the wipe as instructed in the other thread>

The IMEI SV = 01
IMEI of the phone 8675XXXXX not be 000XXX
If IMEI does not match that under the battery ( last two / digits 01 02 do not matter )
Then as per usual restore your backed up EFS folder .
Failed to backup EFS then as always its a service centre repair .

I have an OBackup, will that do? Last backed up at 1am this morning...

Ok, I have backed up my phone and restored it to factory settings, mobile data still doesn't work. So now must I flash the firmware that I was using via odin?

My I-JOY TAB7-004 tablet get stuck in a boot loop. And no root, no CWR, TPWR, anything, no os, just Android System Recovery <3e>, but when i do wipe data / factory reset, it rest in a boot loop. So, what can i do now ?

Some quick tips :
STEP 1 ) Find a specific section or forums,posts,threads describing the same or similar problem that you're facing or offers support for your device eg: Service Centre or Forums for that particular brand.
For eg : i can understand your situation but can't help you because i am not familiar with your device.
I am facing a similar problem with my Moto G and some folks in this forum have helped a lot - by their posts,by PM and by replying to my thread,going through my situation.
So you must find people on the internet who :
a)Know your device and how to deal with it - Device Experts.
b)Android experts who know what to do in a general situation like this - Subject Matter experts.
STEP 2)See if it's possible for you to get stock firmware files (original ones,tested by other users preferred) and trying flashing those.
STEP 3)Keep searching and try tested things.There's always a solution in most cases.

The main issue with these no name devices is that they almost never release stock rom packages. You may not be able to find it ever.

Since I updated to 5.1 lollipop on my XT1022, my phone always boot first in recovery mode. I used TWRP and now I get back on the stock one, but the problem persist.
When I use TWRP, i have to reboot in Bootloader mode and choose to normal start, now with the stock recovery I have to hold for a while to reboot and than the phone start normally.
What's the problem and what can I do?

Has this ROM/firmware been found? If so, where could I obtain it?
I have a "YELLYOUTH YY108H" (however the board has identical markings to those listed above).
My device doesn't seem to freeze, however will not load beyond a "shimmering" android logo.
If I understand correctly this is refereed to a "soft brick" or "boot-loader loop"?
I have tried clearing the cache/restoring default settings through both the (volume up) + (power) button combo English menu, as well as the (volume down) + (power) button combo Chinese menu (with the use of a photo based translator) to no avail.
