My phone is the ATT version of the HTC One M7. See below for my getvar all output.
I have a bad camera so I was attempting to go back to stock from Android Revolution HD (53 i think).
I had previously unlocked my M7 via htcDev.com unlock_code.Bin.
I used revone -l to Lock it again, to then apply a RUU update. The RUU failed.
Now, my phone shows the image below.

The phone only goes to fastboot USB.
When I select Recovery, it just goes back to fastboot.
I have wiped my cache.
Any time I attempt to flash recovery, I get (remote: signature verify fail)
l
I have tried to re-unlock it via unlock_code.bin, I get a success message after the fastboot flash unlocktoken unlock_code.bin, but I never get the message on the phone to accept. So, it doesn't unlock.
I am stuck. Can anyone guide me to resolving this Brick issue?

Is there a recovery.img that would be appropriate for the state of my phone? ( the one in the original post)
All the ones that I have tried have given the signature verify fail.
I am not sure if I need one that matches my OS version or one that would match the ATT phone, i.e. an original att rom stock recovery.
I don't know what this phone is looking for to let me restore a recovery partition...
Also, I don't understand why it won't unlock.
Anyone run into THAT issue?

Flyer
i tried all but i cant?
Define can't. What can't you do exactly, where does it fail?
for example i applied this procedure step by step
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1428104
there is no error, but at the end, message "wrong id"
im using flyer wifi and cid code
RUU_Flyer_HTC_TUR_X.XX.468.X
cidnum: HTC__M27
im trying RUU_Flyer_HTC_TUR_2.27.468.1_Radio_20.3504.30.089BU_3809.07.04.06_M_release_205333_signed.exe or zip file
You changed the misc version?
yes send mics sd card like procedure and versiyon changed 2.27.468.1
and now i tried different rom , misc changed 3.55.1114.31
RUU_Flyer_HC_S_HTC_WWE_Wifi_3.55.1114.31_Radio_20.4801.30.0822U_3822.10.08.07_M_release_227869_signed.exe
and the message
"cid incorrect"
Are you relocking your boot loader before you attempt the ruu
yes
fastboot oem lock
Should be following this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1307759
Not sure if there are differences in commands but you are following a thread for devices that were never unlocked
i tried this procedure too
i m downloading all wifi rom,
and now changed rom info
i ll try
Best I can tell you CID suggest you are a 3G flyer
i m using flyer wifi no 3g
Please try the misc version step again and paste the output in the command prompt

No problem but I think I am at a lose. I do not see any wifi only models that match your CID. Did you buy this new or used
yes there is a problem; HTC__M27 not a wifi cid,
i couldnt change cid, but model id pd414 (so wifi model)
im loading pd414 rom message "wrong cid",
im loading pd411 and HTC__M27 rom this time message "wrong id"
if i changed id or cid i think everthing will be okay
Hello people
I have an unbranded HTC Amaze, I S-offed it and made it upgrade to ICS, been using a few roms since.I have recently updated to Viper Rom with Faux Kernel.
The problem is wifi doesn't seem to work in any of these roms. It doesn't turn on, just shows turning on and stays that way. If I close the settings window and open it again it says error.
Also when I went to HBOOT to check my radio version it showed N/A. I tried flashing a Radio file from this thread, it didn't change anything. I can make calls properly, its just the wifi that isnt working. Also in wifi>advanced>Mac Address it shows unavailable. I don't think its a hardware issue because once in a while the wifi does turn on (very very rarely).
As for Bluetooth it turns on fine but doesn't find any devices on scanning, nor can other devices see it (I had enabled visibility in all devices).
Please help me fix this.

Good that you are accomplishing searching and flashing.
It says in that very same thread the OP has ICS RUU. Flash ICS RUU before upgrading the radio.
I am sorry I forgot to mention, I did flash a RUU after upgrading to ICS this one
RUBY_ICS_35_S_TMOUS_2.14.531.3_R2_Radio_1.14.550L.17DC_30.78.550L.15_release_262141_signed
Its the same as on the OPs site but I downloaded it from somewhere else as the links were not active at that time.
Do you suggest I install a different one?
Thanks
Just an update:
I tried updating the HBOOT to a newer version, 1.93.2222, and the Wifi worked for a while but then stopped working again randomly and now doesnt work at all. Any ideas anyone? Is it hardware realated?
Thanks

Reduce to stable ICS stock RUU. Upgrade radio with official update again.

Hi, I had that same error too, .... and now I have a soft bricked phone.
I've tried to convert to EU international http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2356401 and had the same error , so I was looking for all the posts, I've tried using revone, rumrunner (ask for root that I didn't had) and never worked. Finally I got the CID to HTC__001 doing the next.
First I had to unblock de m7 through htcdev
Then installing the drivers I could push the recovery tool TWRP in adb mode
Through TWRP could install ROOT
Now finally I was able to use rumrunner and get S-Off
Then following the steps I did
"fastboot oem writemid PN0710000 **Should receive success message
fastboot oem writecid HTC__001 **Should receive success message
Code:
fastboot getvar all
You should now see that your CID, MID and Main-Version have changed to as follows:
Code:
version-main: ATT: 1.26.502.12 / Rogers: Will add soon
modelid: PN0710000
cidnum: HTC__001 "
Everything good, now I'm stucked here, I can't flash anything, Im dowloading RRU executable firmwares, cause I cannot do anything else, I have the access to the recovery tool, but nothing else, I can't send files through adb sideload.
I have downloaded RUU_M7_UL_K44_SENSE55_MR_HTC_Europe_4.19.401.9_R_Radio_4A.23.3263.28_10.38r.1157.04L_release_353069_signed_2-1.exe and when I tried to run the process fails and nothing happens, Doing it on my laptop with the same file I have no fastboot connection (unknow usb device enumeration error) but the executable file works,
So I'm going to sleep crying specting tomorrow will be better, if you dont have all the files don't mess with your phone!
Soo bad.. not work for me..
I need help
Somebody help me please

Hey I am also facing the same problem , which recovery should I use . Mine is HTC One X+ International.
i've huawei y6 (scc-u21) firstly i got the unlock code to get he bootloader unlocked
but i found the phone unlocked when i entered the fastboot
although from fastboot command it appeared that's locked and refused the unlock code
i rooted it with king root it worked fine for 3 years
when i tried to enter recovery mode to reset to the factory mode , a message appears ( cannot verify recovrey image) then opens the fastboot screen (all moes with power button and volume attends to fastboot)
the software opens normally and i installed flashify to replace recovery with stock also twrp but no result , fastboot still opens instead of recovery
flashify have an option to replace boot image ( may bricked if i replaced the boot image ????)
i cannot install new software or reset my moblle
(infinix and octopus failed to flash it)
