I have a galaxy s2 and I am using wizdkat v2.9
It is very nice.
But there is a problem with camera.
I can't zoom
The volume up and down is function less
When 8 press the volume up key or volume down the camera take the photo not zoom up or down.
Please help.

hey guys i was just wondering if anyone has found the camera to be annoying because you have to be literally holding the camera in front of you to take pictures because theres no dedicated camera button on the phone. i was wondering if its possible or if someone has already created some mod to where they can use lets say the volume up or down button to take the picture. i'd rather sacrifice the zooming feature with the volume rockers because i can zoom in and out right on the screen before i take the picture. thanks to anyone who has any information on this.

is there a hack to use the power button or the volume rocker switch as a trigger for the camera app? Using the touchscreen button as trigger often leads to shaky photos.

Like the power button as the "shutter button" ?

Hi guys ive been reading threads and couldnt find any topic that suits for our ace..
I really get frustrated using the touchscreen as the shutter button for taking pics, especially when im taking pics of myself.. Thats why my SGAs cam is kinda rusty now coz i dont use it often.
Is there any MOD or Apps that can replace/reassign some of my hardware buttons to be used as camera shutter button??and is compatible to our ace or to the rom we are using..

Cyanogenmod 7 has that feature, try it
in cyanogenmod, open camera> press menu button >go to advanced options >check volume up or volume down.......
