Sorry, source should be there, I'll fix that. Rom is based on CM-11.0, with its own little twist, and will constantly be improved apon. Feature "request" are welcome.
Good luck with your Rom and sorry for my short off topic

I hit it on accident, haha. Well there's several things. This build for example, I don't own a Nexus 5, I just build it, have someone test it the best they can, and release. I do this one to help friends get there project off the ground, that helped me along when I first started. I enjoy helping others get what they want out of there device, and helping in general. I enjoy being on a Team of fun developers that I can constantly learn from "I'm also with Team D.I.R.T as well. I don't care about the thanks button. There's no free XDA pen for a certain amount of thanks. If someone uses it to say thanks then awesome.

I dont think he was directing what he said at you, but to one of the previous posters. And I kind of agree with what he was saying too. If I find a post helpful or appreciate the work that somebody is willing to spend their free time on in order for others to get some joy out of it, i'll easily hit the thanks button without hesitation. Ppl shouldnt have to be asked or begged to give their thanks, it should be something they should be willing to give.
Back on topic, I dont normally like CM based roms too much. For some reason they just dont seem to mesh well with my phone, but for some reason this one grabbed my attention and I think i'm going to give it a shot. Any idea if bluetooth is working fine? That's always my primary concern with a rom.
This is running very well for me my friend. I have not flashed a different kernel, but I'll flash furnace kernel soon here. Thanks for this.

Right, i mean the Guy i am Quote Thx for clearing.
I'm embarrassed to admit that "crimson mode" caught my attention, LOL.
Screenshots of this bad boy?
Installed. Crimson mode is... decent. Not very complete, though. A lot missing.
Now then, the ROM itself is GREAT. Super smooth, all the customizations I like, runs well. Put on the Furnace kernel and ART, gonna be taking this guy for a ride.
Hello guys! I am the co-founder of the rom with @ThatKawaiiGuy ... We are working hard with @k5t4j5 to make this rom better, all the the weeks you will see a new version but new features and fixes. .INTRODUCTION and GRATITUDE
This ROM is not for geeks,
there s no alien implementation, won t make your coffee and won t solve your relationship problems.
Most things on this ROM are made by me, who follow my tutorials knows something about, but it includes some genius stuff by other xda members, so don t worship me if you like this ROM, and don t point the finger at me if you don t like, you are flashing a ROM called "Disaster ROM", so people, be aware lol
Before to list a blablabla list of the ROM features I'd like to thank people who helped me to make a Disaster ROM, so you know who blame, just in case
Usually best ROMs are made by teams, and if you think about you ll never find a "one-man" ROM, because everybody need somebody in this world, and me too obviously.
So a standing ovation please to people who helps giving his support in this thread:
salesale, goldieking, ApriliaM3, shoman94, sir Mr.Greg and many more (shout if i missed you!)

One more standing ovation to all the donators that keep this alive:
salesale, manuelmagix, maanz, shoman94, churapa, dainar, paalkr , skossa, follettoverde, kai obey, jomud, raziel, merlin, *didi , STEulm , spelaben , jemeljsh , zzkonzz , bengosuxl (huge) , stigerle , dejan , _alex74_ ,minidou-77 , forgiaro , myrianto , ciuffo78 , zapper01 , kensalvo , Vexxx , micpsi , tomtro74 , Calvo (shout if i missed you!)

I accept criticism and suggestions for new features, but will insert just the ones that I believe are useful and in line with my idea of modding. All inquiries relating to graphic changes will be discarded.
If you have any bugs to report please do so in the presence of a logcat, because words alone do not solve anything, are confusing and do not help the development.
I would prefer the discussion to center on the rom itself, not on which kernel is the best and what is not, for this sort of thing there are various discussions about it.
If you are looking for a rom for daily use, with useful functions and without extravagant things are in the right place, if you look more this rom is not for you.
This is a hobby, and I do not feel compelled to keep everyone happy if it means not to please myself, I want to be clear.
Anyone who wants to help is welcome, but any donation is to be considered as a courtesy for the work done so far, not as a pretext to gain the right to tell me what to do.
I'm not going to switch devices, I do not see why I should, and will continue to develop for this phone for much longer, according to my ideas, my free time, my private commitments.
My contribution to XDA and its members will continue until there is satisfaction and gratitude for what I do.
Thank you for your attention.

It should be because you bring nothing new to the table, it's all pre existing mods which you bundled together and tried to make it as stock as possible... If you had a new development breakthrough, you should say so because that would justify it being an original dev thread

No problem, just trying to clarify for the future... Original dev roms usually have their own apps coded by them or they use special theming process like villainrom or hyperdroid, or they made a development breakthough which wasnt borrowed from another dev... Of course almost all roms original or not are based on samsung roms because cyanogen or aosp are missing proprietary driver support. The joys of samsung products

Been running this for a couple hrs and everything is running very smoothly. Only problem I have encountered is setting Min Freq to 200 causes SOD, "sleep of death". Using Min Freq of 400 is not an issue. Looks awesome so far.
Sent from my SCH-I500 using xda app-developers app
so if we set the min freq 400 we're free from SOD? i'm using devil after i know about the SOD. 200 fine with the devil. so its kernel issue? i exp it with CM too (not the latest)

Sorry brother.
I've known a lot of women and I say this in all honesty: women are born with a void, an emptiness that cannot be filled. The void is always present in their bodies, it sometimes extends to their hearts...it always exists in their bank accounts and no one man can fill it.
Hang in there.

Thanks to ktoonsez for the cpu and gpu tables. That makes life easier as a good starting point.
You'll notice we don't have as many governors, schedulers and bells and whistles
Ill leave that to the full time kernel devs this is just supposed to be simple, fast, clean.
you can still use KTweaker to modify cpu, gnu and governor. Until performance control is fixed and updated.

Don't thank me, thank the awesome DEV's for Liquid! I just put the thread together for 'em. Any questions, just let me know. The build seems pretty darn stable if you ask me, so if you notice anything, don't hesitate to let me know. Definitely my favorite ROM.

how install??just flash?need wipe first or later?need full wipe?sorry for the questions.
Well this is nothing short of awesome!! I love liquid, been waiting for kk to stable out on my g2, so this is great to have here. One small issue I encountered is that the when viewing an apps info, the checkbox is there for privacy guard, but there is nothing written next to it. Checking is does nothing. You actually have to go into the main settings/privacy guard/scroll to the app you want it enabled for. I much prefer long pressing the app/tapping app info/and just enabling it there. Might also be a good idea to remove the torch and all its trigger actions - may cause issues.
Build is very smooth, I highly recommend using Slim gapps in order to get full TRDS support (well, with what slim has enabled thus far). And for US users that don't have 5g wifi showing up, just change your wifi location in wifi settings from Europe to US and 5g will magically appear...

From my understanding, which can be rather skewed at times, it shouldn't be TOO hard to implement. Assuming that there aren't any conflicts. But that's my comprehension of it.

I just upgraded to this ROM (V3.0) from LRS, which was 4.2.2 based and the difference is phenomenal!
The speed of the ROM is definitely noticeable.
The audio has been fixed, so no more muffled bass heavy audio.
The camera appears to focus 5 percent better, or may just be a placebo effect but I like it.
And appearance wise, the additional options are great! I don't even need to install gravity box or anything.

There is only one very very minor issue.
When listening to music or playing games, the audio occasionally does this weird lag/skipping noise for fourth of a second. This happens every ten or so minutes.

Yeah, I know what you're talking about.. I believe that its an AOSP issue, or something. Seems to happen when the CPU is put under stress, and it happens on all of my devices that I've flashed a custom ROM on. CM should fix it eventually, and then it'll probably get merged into this ROM.

Because this is an AOSP based ROM, Google Apps are not included. Flash the gapps of your choosing after you flash the ROM. If you need help finding a gapps package, ask any of us and we'll be happy to help
These builds are designed to be installed from your favorite recovery. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE LATEST 5.1.X COMPATIBLE RECOVERY.
Detailed instructions:
Going to EOS 5.1.X from another ROM:
Boot to recovery
BACKUP YOUR CURRENT SETUP!!!
Make a full wipe (Dalvik, Dalvik Cache, System, Data)
Flash the ROM
Flash optional kernel if you choose to not use provided kernel **We DO NOT support outside kernels**
Flash gapps
Reboot
Updating from an older EOS build to new EOS build:
You can usually skip the full wipe step and just wipe both caches. If ever you encounter an issue make sure you make a full wipe first before reporting it. This is what most call "Dirty Flashing". Normally this doesn't cause problems, but keep in mind a clean flash is always the best way to go.

Sprint Users! ATTENTION!
I have included Sprint diagnostic apps to allow for prl/profile updates, as well as various other CDMA related configuration. However, these apps do not play 100% nicely with AOSP. Follow these simple steps from @plasmastrike to keep winning.
plasmastrike said:
Right before you run sprintdm "settings-mobile networks-carrier settings" clear the data for the app in either settings-apps-all or titanium backup. It will work after that for a bit. just always clear the data before you update. You will keep your prl update when you do that so sprintdm puts that somewhere else and update device config is not as useful. I think prl is proffered roaming list which is why it is nice.
Sprintdm works with a dirty update and clean install as long as you wipe data in the app prior to running. Thanks for putting it in

AOSP Telephony stack flavor
This build fixes the "unknown caller" bug by providing a pure aosp telephony stack. If you don't care about this bug stick with regular builds. If you are currently running the aosp telephony build, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STICKING WITH IT OR YOU WILL LIKELY NEED TO WIPE. IF YOU COME FROM REGULAR BUILDS TO THE AOSP TELEPHONY BUILD, YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO WIPE!
10/2
Download AOSP Tele build 10/2
Contextual time status bar headers (@omnirom)
Quick charge UI support (look for the "+" in battery icon)
COS Theme chooser (not merged in mainline but in this build because that's life ;p)
Download AOSP Tele build 9/14 r18
9/14
Don't worry about the date. It's up to date
Allow Viper with selinux enforcing
Platform and manifest bump to r18
Major platform eos vendor and build cleanup, many hidden goblins to exorcise
This should fix the rare device lockup
Some users experienced a lockup when updating apps from Play Store. The cause eluded me for some time but I found it. Only have installed a MAXIMUM of 3 themes installed at once
Probably more...
Download AOSP Tele build 9/7
9/7
Fixed duplicate APN Settings on some CDMA variants (nice find from caf @Mazda)
Audio: Update mixer paths from aosp (credit @DirtyUnicorns for a clean aosp tree)
Update sepolicy for pending WiFi calling (credit @DirtyUnicorns for a clean aosp tree)
ActionHandler: tweak key event handling because @remicks reports fail i can't duplicate but this needed to be done anyways because it's stronger code
CM commit to fix a media wakelock
BRD Labs: put ro.nav.debug=true in build.prop to play, comment it out to stop playing
Download AOSP Tele build 8/31
8/31
Fixed APN Settings.
BRD Labs Pre-release: Colorized logo. Go to Fling settings --> Logo color to change color or reset to see the full glory.
Removed V4A sepolicy commit: This was a accident as it hasn't been merged into mainline. V4A is still a wip anyways it looks like. But good news on the visualizer ;D
Download AOSP Tele build 8/30
The 8/30 build is basically the same as the initial AOSP Tele release. I've added modified selinux policy that is supposed to help V4A in some fashion.

@BCNice420 was the man! He'd do the weekly miui port on his phone! I'm using the latest minimal banks gapps and it's proper. Not quite sure what you asked but no. I'm the lead guy for Eos. Mostly due to a lack of other hard core java guys. There are guys smarter than me. I just don't let them know it ;p
