After a successful root I probably made mistake in editing "vold.fstab" (I want to change the sdcard1 for sdcard2) a tablet hangs when loading ( still spinning wheel and the system will not boot ) .
I download a recovery file by "nandroid" from some Czech Republic Android forum, put in on SD card but in CWM I'm still see that "restore not found". So I can not restore with this file.
Could someone help me?
Somebody said that update firmware can help, I have officialy firmware update in format img . PMP5101C_20131019_v1.0.8.img , but do the update through the program what official makes Prestigio requires the tablet is on (boot in system), which unfortunately is not possible .
Maybe it is possible to do it with RKAndroidTool, there can be tablet off (just turf off, push volume+ and connect cable) . But I dont know, what is the numbers in box " Address" for firmware update ((
Alternatively, maybe somebody can create a update.zip file for me, that I can use in the CWM and make a update with this and overwrite the "vold.fstab" to the original.
If someone help , I also like to reward for PayPal.
I do not want have a tablet for 200 EUR as a paperweight.
Sorry for my poooor english.

Do you have the files to root this device as i have CMW 6.03 installed, but when i use the SuperSU-v1.65.zip that came with it, it errors.
Please help as this is a great device from Maplins at a great price.
@dvd73
Not sure if you managed to fix your problem.
I messed up my framework-res.apk trying to get usb tether enabled and my 5101C also did not boot.
I reflashed my rom to v.1.0.11 from the official website according the instructions provided and it was like new.
No need to start it up, you only need to get to flash mode by holding vol+ while pluging in the usb, then RKbatchtool will recognize your tablet.
@happy2help
Try updating your rom to v.1.0.11 and then flashing the CWM recovery. Then download the latest SuperSU zip from xda and install the zip, this worked for me.

Hi,
Let me start at the begging.. Tablet is 1 month old and was rooted by a friend.. All was good but then me (stupid me) did an update on the tablet. That messed up totally the OS on it. It only boots in recovery mode. I did all the hard reset stuff but with no luck. I can’t get windows to recognize tablet to use SP flash tools. I did install drivers. I downloaded the firmware A7600F_000_016_140627_row.zip. I have placed the file on my root of the SD card but still no luck to get it install on the tablet. I don't know what to do anymore. I know there was a gentleman on this website that had the same problem.. And someone help him to get it fixed.. They don't say how and also no more response from him.. Please Please Please can someone help me to get this tablet fixed.
Thank you in advance

Hello !
As the title says I need a custom recovery for my phone.
I'm using the Archos 50d Helium and it is running Lollipop 5.1.
I also have uploaded the stock recovery.img here so that you could try to work with it.
Can someone try to make one for me ?
I'm really not familiar with compiling stuff on Android.
Thanks and have a good day ! :victory:
Ps: If you have any question don't hesitate & ask me I'll gladly answer !
Hi! My Archos 50d Helium have got brick after I flash TRWP recovery (maybe wrong version for my phone). Now it can't get into logo, recovery mode, fastboot mode. It can be realized via PC by Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 9006 Drivers.
I found a method to fix it. I guess it bricked due to TWRP format wrong to SYS_BOOT partition on my device (my fault).
I need a SYS_BOOT.IMG to unbrick it.
PLS help me!
