Kernal for overclocking - HTC One X+

Hello guys...
I am now elegance 6.3 ROM for the ATT HOX+ .
My phone is rooted and S-Off ..
I want to use setcpu app for the overclocking but I can't since I am on a stock kernel which can be operated for 1700 MHz.
So can anybody tell me which kernel I can flash on my ATT HOX+ and having this Elegance ROM.
Let me know.. thanks..

Well I say for sure rooting will not unlock the network on the x10... So as geordie 34 said, you will need to buy an unlocking code to use with T-mobile...
Hope to help.
LOL yeah I know better than that.

You do know that AT&T and T-Mobile do not use the same frequencies right?
On T-Mobile with her AT&T X10a your girlfriend will only get GSM and Edge (2G) speeds.
Not sure how your networks work in us

But do i have to flash the whole thing or just flash the speedfix? i have speedfix v3.0....
sorry for the noob question
On wb thread it tells you to flash the Rom then the fix you best thing to do is do a back up of your current Rom then flash the fix if anything goes wrong then you will have your back up then you can flash everything if needs be

Overclocking CM11 Nightlies

Hi, I am running CM11 and was wondering if there are any compatible kernels I could use to overclock my phone. I'm confused because there are lots of different kernels and I'm not sure which one is the most stable and can overclock the phone. If I need to I can downgrade the phone to CM10. Thanks guys!

Can someone help me? I've been looking at kernels but I don't want to screw anything up.
Sent from my EVO using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Currently there are no custom kernels that allow OC on Android 4.4.
Sent from my HTC EVO 4G LTE
Ok thanks. Do you know of any kernels that work with CM10.2 (4.3). I want to just max out performance of the phone so I would need things like CPU and GPU overclocking.

Go take a look over in Original Development. You'll find what you're looking for, I believe

What does this mean

Why does my kernel say this? Was it rooted at some point and then unrooted?

the first name before the @ in the case "root" is just the username of the build machine HTC used. So it does not mean it was once rooted.
Ok, thanks, I just don't think I've ever looked at these before I rooted my devices and was kind of taken back by it.
