Hello, if any user have a g pro 2 and g3 can you ckeck if you can swap batteries and see if the lg g pro 2 battery fits in the lg g3? Would be nice to know because i consider myself as a heavy user, even though my G2 last me the whole day, g pro 2 has a 3200 mah and might help a bit if any of the current g3 owner has battery life issues.

Seeing as how the 3000 mah in the G3 was redesigned I doubt it'd be compatiable and if it is I'd say the 3200 from the g2 would last LESS than the 3000 included with the G3

This is more likely to be a false statement as the capacity determines everything in the battery technology with same material.

Its also not the same material... Lg replaced the metal in the battery with graphite.... Totally different type battery but go ahead and try though...it probably won't fit is my guess looks wider.

Thank you for the picture and letting us know!
BTW, what is the model of the battery?
Does anyone know if corean and international batteries are the same? I like that charger that comes with the corean model a lot.

Saw this battery available on amazon. There is one with a white battery cover, blue carbon, and black. The batteries are stated to be 3800mah. I couldn't find much information about them.

Update: I went ahead and ordered one of the 3800Mah batteries. I will let you know how it performs when I get it in. I also will let you know if it will fit in the seidio holster.
Got the battery in and it is much larger than I thought it would be. It is about 2 1/2-3 times the thickness of the stock battery. I am on the second full charge and so far it doesn't seem to last any longer than the gold 3250mah battery that I have. Right now the battery monitor pro had the actual reading at 2992mah. It read the gold one as having 3302 mah after 4 charging cycles. I will compare again after I run this one thru 4 charging cycles. I hope to have some pictures posted this evening. If the rating doesn't change I will stick with the gold battery especially since it uses the stock battery door.

What 3250 are you using and does it require a new back? I would love a bigger battery, but the phone is big enough, any bigger and it won't fit in my pocket

I got it from ebay. It does not require a different back.
Is the 3250 mah gold last noticably longer than oem?

They don't last any longer than the stock battery, there's no way a 3250mah battery is the same size as the stock one. Its a fake...
It is larger than the stock and you have to work the back cover on as it creates a tight fit. I honestly don't think it is the mah that is stated but it does last me about an hour or two more than stock depending on long I have the screen on. But back to what this post is about. I am seeing better numbers today with the 3800mah battery.
Update: Well I am going to bed so so I will be putting this on the charger for the 3rd cycle. Looks pretty good. Here is a final tally to show you in the screenshots.
I have 2 questions as followed:
1. Anyone here knows a slim extended battery that is better than original manufacturer Samsung battery ? By this, I meant better in real life, not on paper. I know a lot of batteries claiming 4800 mah but their performances are horrible.
2. Anyone can compare Hyperion vs zerolemon vs MPJ extended battery in terms of thickness.
Thanks so much.

1. Without a huge advance in battery tech since the time the N3 battery was designed, it's not possible. I am not aware of any such advance available to consumers, so any claims to have more capacity but be the same size are likely BS.
2. Most extended batteries will be about the same thickness, they are usually a second cell stacked on top of the main one. The ZeroLemon is the same, but instead of 2, they have 3, the top 2 are offset on top of the first one that goes inside the phone. So the thickness is about the same for all of them. The ZeroLemon will be heavier though. Partly due to the extra cell, partly the nicer case it comes with.

I don't think ZeroLemon has the single cell batteries available yet for the Note 3. When they do make one I might get it because the charger they give you has a USB port on it you can charge your phone with from the battery that's installed in it at the time which is a nice feature to have.

As of yet they are not planning to make one, which is a shame
Incase you don't know what it is, it's a g3 in a g2 size '
http://m.gsmarena.com/lg_g3_a-6562.php
It's just about to be released in Korea, I hope it makes it world wide...
And it has specs like the G2, too.
And worse battery!
3000 mAh vs removable battery and SD card.

Personally I prefer the bigger battery.
The G2 models with removable battery and SD card, aka the Korean version have the exact same specs as the G3 A.
The cost of a removable battery and SD card in that size of a phone is the 390mAh that you lose from the battery.
I'm using the G2 on the G3 ROM, and totally love it, but the G3 A sounds cool, if only because of the nicer build and nicer design.
I do love the clean front of the G2 when it's off though. Hmm.
Anyone ever had the G2 LE? I think that had a different back material that was more grippy, not glossy.
Can anyone recommend me an extended battery for lg g3 d855 white?
I saw the zero lemon but I think it's really big and it comes only in black
Thanks in advance.

Mugen is the only one that I saw who comes in white but it pretty expensive
Does any of the others comes in white?
Do you want to consider about spare battery and the charger? because for me, it's more handy and doesn't decrease your battery life..
Hi , I want to buy LG V10 , I am using LG G2 and I am very happy with it and I used V10 in technology market and I definitely love it , I love it all but everybody say its battery life is horrible
I want to buy it too much .
Is there any rom or kernel or anything you suggest me ? Or can we change resolution of the V10 .
Not that horrible. 4,5h SOT is common, sometimes I have 5h+.
Changing the rather resolution won't help

There are different deals out there for the phone depending on who you use for service. For the extra battery and charger, if you purchase both from LG on the same invoice, you will end up paying $20 /set.

Thanks but ı am from Turkey
Everything here is very expensive because of the taxes ..
Even breathing
But i will buy battery and battery charger . They don't give any gift with phone (i mean sd card and battery)
Iv'e had same doubts about battery...all I can say BUY IT!
After few days battery kinda calibrate and it's decent. I don't see the point of this high res. screen and bad batteries, you buy phone with good screen and u have to lower light on it ;D
But if battery is ur only problem I would say BUY IT!

I love the phone. The battery is not any worse than any other high end phone. I get a day out of it easy. I don't do anything to conserve, especially since it I do run out, it has options. Either fast charge, or just pop the other battery in!

Yeah everybody says thia calibrate thing ,I agree with you , LG must stop 3000 mah fantasy ..
Yes only problem is battery other things are perfect for me .
I get through the day with one battery. The second battery gives peace of mind. The LG V10 lasts longer than my previous HTC M8. The M8 got good reviews regarding battery life, so I don't know why the V10 gets rather mediocre reviews in that field. Also the phone is exactly the same weight as the iphone 6s plus. I haven't seen one review where the 6s plus is called heavy. But for the V10, it comes up a lot.
So my advice: never make up your mind after reading reviews. Go to the store, try it out. The V10 was never on my buy list, but now that I'm using it daily, i find all the reviews inaccurate, i would rate it much higher. The V10 deserves much more attention and market share for what it provides.
