I've noticed a 1-2 second lag when streaming video. Is there a way to fix it?

Ever since I bought my phone when I video record it constantly tried to auto focus which results in a blurry video then it will focus then it will go blurry again this does this with stock and most roms any.ideas?

Yesterday I started to notice that when I try to play videos even on YouTube app the video is like pushed too far up and I can only see the bottom part of the video. I have to rotate it sideways to see the whole video. It is very annoying has anybody else experienced this?

Howdy,
Question about YouTube on the Note 2. Is there some reason it buffers constantly for some vids but not others? For example HD gameplay videos from Matroix (Call of Duty vids) buffer ever few seconds, while HD vids from Marques Brownlee (MKBHD - Android and tech vids) not only don't pause to buffer but the progress bar screams across. Is this something to do with YouTube, the Note 2, or different methods the authors used for converting/compressing their files?

I should clarify, this is over WiFi at home, with about 10-12 Mbps.

Maybe not me only. On Beans, I would get this buffer on all hq videos. On Mean Beans no buffer. Don't know what's up but ill get to the bottom of this.
