[SOLVED]sim network unlock pin error - Samsung Galaxy Star

Hello every one read this topic how are you ? i hope fine ...
did you try to flash stock rom and after flashing you get this message " SIM NETWORK UNLOCK PIN "

so i decided to write this topic ....
at all what is the solution just flash this file via odin ....
Note : this fix for samsung galaxy star GT-S5282 ( I need confirmation it it works on GT-S5280 or not ) .
Download file from here
How to install ?!
1- download the file .
2- extract it .
3- open odin .
4- boot mobile into download mod (power key + volume down key + home key)..
5- press volume up key .
6- plug your USB cable into computer and phone .
7-select PDA then select file .
8- click start .
9- phone will reboot then it will WORK...! :victory::victory::victory::victory:
At the end if it helped you ... you can press thanks button if not tell me and i will see the wrong ...GOOD BYE :fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:

Great guide, not sure if it works but why not upload file in here at XDA so the file would live on for years but it wouldn't on media share more than some months!
What do you think?

i think it may cause soft break and it may cause hard break so will have to sent it to samsung custom service to change it's inside board so i can't tell you it will be safe i just can tell you *--- DO IT IN YOUR RESPONSIBILItY---*

The ROM seems to be locked to some network operator. After boot it asks for network unlock code/pin (Perso)...
