What are you trying to do that you need it to stay connected?
I usually only use the computer when I am transfering files and the bluetooth will disconnect when it is not in active use.
But I don't have problems with bluetooth audio.
For file transfer I think it only stays connected as long as it is needed.

I had a N1 previously and it used to pair with my Uconnect in my SRT without any problems. Now this Tbolt pairs and then promptly disconnects and will not re-establish the connection ever again.
Is this a different Bluetooth version then the N1? Anyone else having issues with the TBolt connecting AND maintaining a connection with any of their B.T. equipment?
Any suggestions on what I should try differently?
Have you installed any battery control apps that might be shutting off your bt?

I noticed mine won't auto connect to my kenwood unit in my car. BT-200 module. I can force it manually, but it should auto connect...my X used to w/o a problem.
The T-Bolt connects to my Jabra headset fine. I haven't installed any power mgmt apps that would be shutting off the BT.
It connects to my UConnect System in my Mopar and stays connected for 10 seconds and the disconnects itself. I can shut off the car , reboot the phone and turn on the car, turn on the phone and it will re-connect again for another 10 seconds and disconnect itself.
I have Uconnect also but no issues. Did you clear your old N1 from Uconnect? Not that that should matter but don't know what else to offer...

I have a Lubix NC1. Pairs with TBolt and works fine, but when the display shuts off, so does the Bluetooth. Phone connection stays and I can manually restart the Bluetooth, then same thing happens. Any ideas? Thanks.
Yea, I deleted the N1 from there. Might be something going on with the ROM, as that is the only option I have left that I can guess at?

Hi all,
I use my s2 with a Belkin tunestage a2dp stereo bluetooth receiver.
Is there any way of getting the phone to automatically connect whenever it's near the device? At the moment I need to manually connect it every time, which is a pain...

I can pair to my xperia neo but they will not connect. Both show paired but wiil not attempt to connect. I have tried both devices deleted, reboot, resetup, etc. Help please......
150 views and not one reply. Has anyone else tried to connect this tablet to an xperia neo through bluetooth?
Have you got a portable Wi-Fi hotspot (android) or something similar? If you use that it uses Wi-Fi rather than bluetooth. Works with both my iPhone and Android phone.
no. I am not using a wifi hotspot. I even tried turning wifi off altogether.
I have paired to my headphones fine and they connect but it will not even try to connect to my Neo. It says paired but not connected. Normally if you tap it it will say connecting and attempt to connect. It will not even try to connect. If I tap it when it says paired but not connected it does nothing. Same scenario if I try to initiate connection from my Neo.
I have a 2011 Maxima and I am trying to connect the bluetooth audio and headset. My old 4G Slide worked fine just turn on bluetooth and everything was connected. This phone though, it connects disconnects. Then it would turn off call bluetooth and turn on audio bluetooth. Then sometimes they both work. There is no pattern to this. Anyone know how I can keep both connected without it disconnecting either?
Thanks,
Elmi
The idea is like trackr bravo/tile.
You pair your phone with trackr bravo or tile, and when it's out of range, we can make the phone play a sound.
I would like to do that with just 2 phones, but apparently, I can only pair it without it connecting constantly unless it's doing something like file transfer. Once the activity (like file transfer) ended, the phone will disconnected (while still being paired).
Any app that can make the phone connect constantly?
Thanks.
