Hello! I saw the promotion of Amazon, one of the 30 free apps, got 3 games, Card Wars, Sonic 2 and Ravensword, installed Card Wars and Sonic 2 normally, but when I install Ravensword, it takes 1-2 minutes to appear on the following message: Application not installed, what should I do? The game has got 530mb and 850mb free!

I've read some about this through Google but no real concrete solutions that I found. I have 1.7, and thanksvto DJS, I uninstalled volboost from my text file and reflashed. The free version works great. The paid version does the download but no, installation. I did a clean dalvik cache, cleaned a few programs, email, Internet cache lol. I have 4 gb on the sd card and 1 gb on the internal card that is free.
I keep thinking there must be a file that is installed that I can run the free but not the paid.
Any suggestion?
Also as a secondary Q. Are most users moving available programs to sdcard instead of the internal?
Thanks.
Bump......just hoping someone can help me.
Volboost
Sorry I can't be of much use re extra storage, but I was interested that you mentioned about removing the volboost hack. Does this help gameloft games? Which game on free version could you run? I am having no trouble with assassins creed, ashphalt and dungeon, but I am keen to try others like nova, modern combat or gangsters...
Thanks
Ok, I solved the problem. Since 1.7 has factory reset and I am expecting a 32gb sdcard from Kingston in the coming days, I chose this method. Asphalt, paid version this time installed and ran fine. No problem. I am assuming there was just files on the internal sdcard that kept the install from happening.
I was told from DJS, that possibly the volboost option was the culprit for gameloft games. At that time I couldn't even get the free version to install. Deleted this from the text file and reflashed. The free version finally installed and ran. Hope this helps.
If anyone has advice on moving apps2sd? I think I am going to do this as it seems logical and would save some internal spaces. I guess since they are both sdcards, its not that big of a deal, so memory (2gb vs. 32gb) would be the biggest factor.
Thanks.

Hi all, I have the 19300, and today i purchased the gameloft game Modern Combat 3 from Google Play. But my problem is that when i start the game it shows the gameloft logo, the smal intro. But when im on the "In game Loading data screen" The game randomly reboots.
I hade the same problem with Asphalt 7, the i waited like 2-3 months. and downloaded it again and it work like a charm. But I´m realy angry at this game cuz first of thy took more money then it sould and i dosent work...
Help me put guys please!
It has nothing to do with being rooted. I have all the games you mentioned, my S III is rooted and I play them just fine.
They also work in my Motorola Xoom with a non-stock, rooted JB.
Make sure you have plenty (1Gb +) of free space in the internal storage, and also a working and fast internet connection (wi-fi recommended).
As you know , the first time these games are run they download lots of stuff from their server and everything is saved to the internal storage, not to the external SD card. When there isn't enough free space available, they may simply crash or lock, without a suitable "out of storage space" message.

well, I've had angry birds star wars installed, played it, and few days ago, I've got automatic update low memory failed notification.
It also deleted my existing installation, so, I can't play it anymore
I have ~1,5GB of free internal memory, and ~1GB free of storage memory, so, I can't see how it is not enough
I don't see it installed on my phone, and I don't se any leftover folders or data, google play don't see it installed also.
Trying to install it form market or from other external links will give me same error.
Other apps install with no problems, only angry birds star wars won't work...
Any ideas ?!?!
Hello i own an HTC Wildfire S and i'm having issues with it because of it's low internal memory, ~130mb for apps.
I've been playing a japanese game called Puzzle & Dragons for over 6 months and have made in-app transactions but now i can't play it on my phone anymore due to the game reaching over 200mb in total. I've followed a youtube guide on how to install apps directly to the SD card but that didn't help me because the app still downloads all the updates to the internal memory (which is over 180mb alone).
My phone is not rooted and i've read reports that the game does not work on rooted devices.
Any help whatsoever would be highly appreciated.

Hi Guys,
Been having this problem with my Xperia Z Ultra shod with CandyKat ROM (4.4.4) ver 1.5.8 Official with inbuilt kernel.
Overall, the phone works smoothly albeit with reduced battery time. The problem that I have been facing is thus:
- From the past 2 weeks, Play Store (ver. 5.0.37, this also occurs on other lower versions too) crashes, displaying the message - Unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped, which means I essentially cant use the Play Store.
- I go to Apps ---> Play Store ----> & Check Clear Cache & Clear Data parameters. When I click on the Play Store, everything is working well. That is... UNTIL... I update my apps, that's when the dreaded message pops up again & the Play Store refuses to start.
- Mind you, not all apps though. Some of them update but two - The Walking Dead & The Wolf Among Us, when prompted to update & which I do dutifully, the dreaded message pops up & Play Store goes comatose.
- A bit of a backgrounder on this though - I am using the awesome Xposed Framework app & I did download two modules:
KitKat SD Card Full Access: For apps to look & access external SD Card as part of the local memory.
Obb on SD: Apps that use OBB files can detect OBB files in the external SD Card. Ergo, for The Walking Dead series (S1 & S2) & The Wolf Among Us, I have transferred the Obb files to my external 64 GB SD Card & the work like a charm. Except for updating. I understand this unorthodox method from my end may be playing havoc with the Play Store update process
Play Store Fixes: I use a non-standard 292 pixels resolution, ergo this is for forcing the Play Store to perforce show all compatible apps for the Xperia Z Ultra.
Play Permissions Exposed: To check what app has access to what permissions.
Note:
The Obb on SD module has been a Godsend simply because I now have decent space in my Z Ultra's internal 12 GB memory to install more apps, which was not the case in normal scheme of things.
An interesting thing - When I reset the Play Store cache & data parameters & restart the app, all is fine. In fact when I start The Wolf Among Us & proceed to purchase the other episodes via in-app billing, I get the Play Store pop-up & purchase is successful. Of course this is not possible when the Play Store crashes.
I have reset my phone, reinstalled the CandyKat ROM from scratch, installed the apps all over & I still have this problem of Play Store crashing. Of course I am using the Xposed Installer so that could be the reason why the Play Store is going wonky. But then again the supremely awesome Xposed Installer has become something of an integral function for my phone.
Any help in solving this infernal problem is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time,
Aaron
