Stuck in RUU Mode - T-Mobile HTC One (M7)

Hi guys, I am by no means a noob but here's what happened. Maybe someone experienced can help me with this.
I was running the CM11 lastest nightly with the latest TWRP, S-ON when I decided I needed to go back to stock. So I locked the bootloader using fastboot oem lock after rebooting to the bootloader and since my phone was last on 3.24.531, that's the RUU I flashed (I remember now I didn't run it as administrator the first time). The RUU failed and it said that some partitions basically couldn't be flashed. Not the radio, but the userdata and system for example couldn't be flashed. It was able to flash boot though. I kept trying the RUU multiple times. At first it would keep failing the same way, but now I am stuck on the black HTC logo with the 4 triangles in the corners. I kept getting error 155 even though my bootloader is clearly relocked. Every time I reboot the phone manually it goes to the black HTC screen, and I have to insert and remove the USB cable in order to get to the bootloader RUU mode screen, but there's no option for fastboot. I can, however, seemingly unlock the bootloader and lock at my will and also flash recoveries (I still have my Unlock_code.bin and it does get accepted), but I can't get to them.
Now I have yet another problem, I can't charge the phone because I was about to try this RUU instead (5.14.531.1): http://www.htc.com/us/support/htc-one-t-mobile/news/ but now I get error 120. Any idea how I can get this thing to charge and how I can fix my problem once I get it charged more again? Thanks guys I'm kind of desperate here...
EDIT: Maybe another idea would be to format the partitions manually then re-run the RUU, because I was on CM11 4.4.4 and I was trying to reinstall the 4.3 T-Mobile RUU, and maybe they were confusingly formatted for the RUU? Idk.
Okay when I go to RUU mode looking at the bootloader screen and plug this thing into a charger, FASTBOOT AC lights up, but I can't tell if the phone is charging...is that one way to charge it?
EDIT2:fastboot getvar all output:

Alright, I solved it. Solutions were:
1. YES, fastboot ac does mean that the phone is charging
2. I ran the 5.14.531.1 RUU as administrator, and it worked. Cleared up all the triangles and flashed all the partitions successfully. All good.

[Q] My Flyer is softbricked!

After doing a OTA upgrade from GB to HC my Flyer ended up with an error. It was s-off before this and working fine. I can not run ADB commands, boot up, run revolution, install from sd card, run recovery, htc unlock or fastboot commands. It only boots into fastboot and installing an RUU also ends in an error. Some fastboot commands is working but whatever I do I get Signature error, Bootloader error or FAILED (remote: signature verify fail). My getvar looks like this:

Can someone please give me a hand?
run the hc soff ruu posted in development by globatron. should do the trick .
Already tried that. It starts with: Run revolutionary and I cannot do that. I am at S-ON now. If I try to just run the RUU it fails!
Other things I can try?
if you were s off prior to attempting to upgrade you should not have been able to change the hboot version via standard update and you would be left with a gb s off hboot and a hc system. looking back at your post it appears you have a s on hc hboot but a system that wont boot. When you try to run the globatron soff ruu it would fail becasue you are s on. I am guesing since your system has been updated to hc when you attempt to run your stock ruu you are failing because the misc version is older in the ruu you are attempting.
I am kinda guesing here as to my understanding if you were s off prior you should still be s off, but maybe try to htc dev unlock. then flash recovery to your device. once recovery is installed you should be able to change you misc version following steps listed in globatrons downgrade from hc leak thread. After you change the misc version you would need to relock your hboot then attempt the stock ruu again.
try extracting the zip from the ruu and run these commands:
fastboot oem lock
fastboot erase cache
fastboot rebootruu
fastboot flash zip (filename)
Run the Honeycomb RUU, then proceed with the downgrade instructions.
I have tried all that and none of it is working. Some of it runs, but ends with an error like Signature error, Bootloader error or FAILED (remote: signature verify fail). I guess I'm stuck with a brick?

[Q] Is my HTC One DE on AT&T? Can anyone check their DE Info

Hi,
I am sorry if this has been answered but I have no idea what to even search on. Been looking for different terms with no luck.
I have been on Optimus G Pro for a while and forgot how to modify a phone.
Anyways, I exchanged it with this guy who said it's DE HTC One.
What's weird is that when I reboot, I get AT&T animation and logo. I get AT&T Icons and it's AT&T Rom from what I can tell with 4.1.2.
He was a 47 year old man and never messed with anything and paid $600 for this phone.
This is what I see on my HBOOT screen:
HBOOT Screen Info

Does anyone know if it's really a DE phone and he just ran AT&T RUU on it or something? If he did the S-OFF, shouldn't it say UNLOCKED?
I'm trying to root and all to install 4.3 but don't want to end up bricking since it's a weird S-OFF locked phone and I haven't been on HTC One forum in a while so not really sure what's going on.
Thanks in advance and sorry for the long post.
TL;DR: I just got HTC One which user claims is DE and I don't know if it is..just want to get 4.3 on it

Looking at this the CID of eight 1's means he changed it to a supercid. Also S-OFF can be achieved by using REVONE/MOONSHINE without messing with the LOCKED/TAMPERED/UNLOCKED messages so you can always turn S-ON and you would never know. If you are in fastboot can you run "fastboot getvar all" and see what MID you have. Also check what version of the software you are running. I don't own a developer edition so I am not sure if it would have the AT&T boot and logo.
Look at the back, does it have an AT&T globe logo?
Either way, with s-off you can flash DE ruu, or anything you want.
Thanks guys.

It does have the AT&T logo in the back as well.
I guess he lied to me but either way I think I got a good deal considering that OGPro is selling for much lower price than HTC One.
I guess I just didn't know that you could change CID and do the S-Off and still say locked on HBOOT screen. I've always had TEMPERED or UNLOCKED on my HTC phones so its just hard to remember.
I guess I will unlock it using htc site and install CWM...CleanROM 4.3..here I come
Thanks a bunch once again guys.
I was simply able to flash the ruu.zip file using the following commands on my Mac:
./fastboot oem rebootRUU
./fastboot flash zip rom.zip
./fastboot reboot
Thanks everyone for your help. It seems like the update worked just fine.
I got the error: RUU: "FAILED (remote: 90 hboot pre-update! please flush image again immediately)" the first time I ran it, I just re-ran the command and it worked like a charm and it seems like I am on 4.3 now.
Thanks a bunch everyone
Yes, just flash RUU twice in a row to get hboot to take.
DE and AT&T versions are exact same hardware, so no real loss. If you need sim unlock that's $3.50 on eBay.
Might want to remove serialno and IMEI from previous post...

Something similar happened to me today as well. Device just froze and I had to do a hard rest. Same problem. Performed a Factory Reset. Same problem. Left it on the HTC One Screen for two hours, still frozen.
Not having the rebooting issue though.
Try running a ruu

Same issue here. Ran an updated RUU which took me to 4.3 and it updated my hboot to 1.55 from 1.44. I can load stock and custom recoveries through fastboot but I cannot boot into recovery. I am **tampered** **unlocked s-on** and cant even relock to run ruu again. Any ideas? Here is a copy of my fastboot getvar all:

Hi, I am experiencing the same issue. Is there any fix? I've deleted my entire internal memory like a dumb ass. I can still access TWRP and bootloader. S-OFF and unlocked. I've tried installing multiple roms: trickdroid, google stock, qx senseless. But they all just reboot after 60 seconds. Can't find my RUU, CID = Roger001. Any help will be appreciated

Soft Bricked HOX+ International, please help!

So I managed to break the screen on my OnePlus One so i had to go back to my HOX+ and since i had let a friend borrow it and use while they got their own phone i went to wipe and install a new ROM on it. it was already rooted and unlocked with CM11 running.
i'm not a noob when it comes to android root and stuff but i messed up. i had everything ready, a few different roms i wanted to try out, gapps and superSU all downloaded on my computer and transferred to my phone. i went and did a clean wipe in TWRP 2.8.7.0, installed MIUI7, gapps, and su. it booted fine but i had used the AROMA insaller for gapps and apparently didn't have a keyboard.
so back to recovery i go and for some reason i decided to wipe the phone again instead of doing a dirty reflash and i accidentally checked the mark to wipe the sd storage as well and didnt catch it in time.
now normally you'd just say "dont panic, just go to adb sideload and install through there" np, right?
well it's not that simple for me. every time i try to go through adb sideload i just get an error and i cant figure out why. i've tried different TWRP versions with all the same result, ive even tried Phillz recovery and trying to mount usb storage in that just does nothing.
next step would be to try re doing the phone with a RUU right? well i tried that too and i get error code 158 every time (yes, i remembered to relock the bootloader) i'm gonna be trying the different international RUU's to see if anything will work but i doubt it at this point.
i even tried searching for something to flash from fastboot to hopefully get the device to at least boot so i can transfer things to it so i can get a proper ROM, but nothing.
So, please help me, this is frustrating me to hell and back and i just want this thing to work.
here's the stuff from boot loader in case it helps

go into bootloader and hit factory reset
wait and reboot into fastboot
flash twrp or another recovery
enter recovery
and bam, all usb transfers working again
