i am on mean rom 1.4 which has the new sprint update and i noticed that opening google wallet no longer tries to ask for root permissions or says unsupported device?!? i find this very nice
I've rooted my device and tried installing the Modaco version of Google Wallet as per the instructions but the install seems to fail as I never see the Wallet icon in my list of apps.
I've also found a few other install methods for other phones but I'm a bit wary about fiddling with build props and the like...
Has anyone else got GW working?

Giving the app rw-r-r permissions gets the app to show in your drawer, however I'm having an "insufficient secure element privileges for this system image (release-keys)" message. Don't really want to go with an aftermarket rom at this point. Just got the darn phone lol.
Has anyone tried installing and using ISIS after the new OTA? I am going to use dcooterfrog's script to update my rooted phone running CM10.2.1 and I hope that ISIS will work after.....

What is ISIS? Googling it din't turn up anything useful.
ISIS is a mobile wallet app. Its basically equivalent to Google Wallet.
It requires openmobileapi, which is not part of any CM builds.
I'd be very interested in knowing if anyone has been able to get ISIS to work in CM.
I've tried, but it fails attempting to verify access to the secure element
To block the secure element install xposed framework. It has a Isis root bypass module. I can verify that it will allow Isis to run but haven't tried to go any further.

xposed is useful for bypassing the root check. But it has no effect on whether an app can access the secure element.
The secure element is a protected storage area on the SIM card. Stock (and stock-based) ROMs should all be able to access it.
I am unaware of any CM based ROMs that have the necessary support for accessing the secure element.
According to https://code.google.com/p/seek-for-android/wiki/BuildingTheSystem
It is essential that the device supports the necessary RIL and baseband modifications to allow APDU access to the SIM card, otherwise SIM access will not work!

Any US AT&T or T-Mobile users able to get Softcard working on the Z2? It allows me to log in but says incompatible device. I can't root my phone because I user Mobileiron for work so I can't change build prop.
Recently, I've unlocked my bootloader, installed TWRP custom Recover and rooted my phone. Then I installed the proxy Google play Store to hack a game. But now, when I turn off the proxy Google play Store and try to download and app that needs an object it just says:"Install failed. Error code 0" or something like that.
It works with normal apps that don't have an obb file.
I have a Huawei Mate 10 Lite(RNE-L21) with the Android version 7.0 and the EMUI version 5.1.
If anyone wants to know what app I'm trying to download, it's pixel gun 3d. Yes, I do know that I could just download the apk from the Internet and download the obb file but 2hat I'm trying to do is to connect to one of my Google play Store accounts that has cloud data on it. But when you install an apk you won't be able to log into your Google play Store account.
Has anyone got a solution to this?
