I have a note ii and a huawei usb 3g modem. When I connect the usb moden with my usb otg it does not seem to recognise it. Are there any drivers for android?
P.S: When I connect it there is a green light flashing.

I've got a Windows 8.1 tablet.
When I connect my Nexus 7 2013 to the tablet via OTG its detected and works fine for browsing and adb.
If I boot it into Recovery then the tablet isn't detect at all via Windows.
So I can't use fastboot...
Any idea what I'm doing wrong ?

I want to root my Venue 7 3740 but I can't use oneclickroot, I don't have a windows pc.
Or would it work if i used WINE on my Linux PC?
Update: system is in fastboot.
