Oh now see go to system/etc/bluetooth/did.conf these did.conf file it is present then replace it if it is not then replace the whole Bluetooth folder because those files having some problem they are not opening at time of trigger so change them.
Also check these file /system/lib/libbluetoothd.so

Is device in pair mode? If so, you can try just one of many bluetooth file transfer applications on market.

Ok, I can't describe it detaily, becouse I haven't English on my phone.
1) In HomeScren pres menu button, properties, wireless, bluetooth properties. Turn BT on, make device visible.
Now can be phone finded via another devices, so do add new device / pair davice or somethink like this, find your device, add it as trusted/paired, confirm code and after first upload/download/access into phone, select allow allways.

Just moved a 21 MB video file from My Dell Venue to Android A8.
Moved in secs via bluetooth.
Possible ways to solve above issue is:
Reboot your cell.
Pair with other device again.
Also check if the other device has enough space. (optional)
Had the same prob with my A8 not able to read Motorola Charm.
Had to reboot it.

you should turn on "Discoverable" in Bluetooth settings
Prob is with transferring frm other instrument TO Dell venue.
Venue to other works fine.
Was trying to transfer 55mb file from galaxy y to venue and it had these problems.
Tried sending file from venue to galaxy y of abt same size which worked well.

Hi
After reading this.
Tried transfering the same file from Android A8 to Dell Venue twice.
And it got transfered.
No issues here.
Try pairing both your devices again
When i paired 2 devices, both different cells,
it shows as
PAIRED BUT NOT CONNECTED
I tried many things but the status remains the same.
Is this the case with you too?
Seems to be working fine now.Transferred 94mb file successfully.
Dont know what was the issue before causing it not to be able to send!
Thanx
this is common with some Android devices
mostly reboot solves the issue

You know how many Chinese phones have 4.2.2? Me neither, because there are so many (100s), with such poor documentation that it's ridiculous. Without knowing more info about yours such as board type, brand, screen size, etc, no one can help you unless they have some sort clairvoyant powers.
Appreciated

It would have everything to do with the model of the device. If you have deleted essential /system files, then without knowing what OS and phone you have, how could we get you the right files to replace? It even matters on many of these devices how much storage you have as well because there are different tools to reload depending on that. Seems like it shares a lot of stuff with the Star S7589 phone, so might find stuff on that one to fix if all else fails.
Thank you!
Well what I did was to search WIFI on the root folder... (I wanted to change MAC address somehow) but instead of copying the files for further analysis I deleted like 4 results that apeared with the word WIFI... I am not sure where did I deleted them from...

Send me the updater-script in the ROM there might be some problem with that..
Sent from my XT1033 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Well I've no clue what you were trying to link to because no matter which way I searched for it, nothing would come up that was close. Tried on the PC and phone and made sure to put the address in how needrom.com would typically see it (I'm familiar with the site) as well as searching for just bits and pieces of the link in Google and on the site. But if it is the original rom for an Alps phone, most likely you have to load with SP Flash Tool, not recovery.
I found this one, which is the update before the one you posted, I think, but it has the how to on flashing: http://www.needrom.com/mobile/star-s7589-10/ Even if that isn't the right firmware, it should be the correct guide to installation.
Thank you!

There is no file like that inside the zip folder
....
Just be sure to load the correct stock ROM and you should be fine.
