Sorry @Teamsvg,
but with this description no one can help you.
Please explain what you did.
How did you root?
What did you do to make it G3 like?
Did you flash anything?
I can not believe it bricked because of pulling the battery while in recovery, because I did the same when my phone was all stock and nothing wrong happened.

autoirec is onyl for g2.. not mini. becouse we have locked bootloaders custom recoverys doesnt work. something similiar happened to my phone. i can tell you by confedens that first of all it doesnt sound that you are familiar with custom recoverys and stuff and that you have hard bricked your phone. i had to send mine in after 2 days of trying to make it start again. it is broken. and if you take it to service i wouldnt tell them what you did or that you rooted it.
Try this. If you phone is detected under sdb or sdc you have a chance to unbrick your phone.
I attached the files needed to unbrick G2 mini:
sbl1.img
aboot.img
rpm.img
tz.img
recovery.img - download from here.
Be very careful. The order of partitions for our phone is different from the LG G2. So then you use "gdisk -l /dev/sdb" command, find the partitions numbers of each file attached, and use that number in dd command.
I do not know why on tutorial for G2 there is a warning not to flash original recovery.img on recovery partition. So my advice is to flash all partition except recovery.img and see if your phone enter download mode. If not, flash recovery.img, you have nothing to lose.
If the phone enter download mode flash kdz.

How to fix partion problem !!!
After countlss hours of messing with the LG P769 This is how i got into S/W mode to work !
ASSUMING you know how to install fastboot drivers there are instructions on the forum ...so follow those guide note fastboot drivers work best on windows 7 windows 8 was giving me hard time ...
1.install fastboot drivers
2.run lelus script at the same time hold vol+ button once the script shows the OMAP device close the script and immediately put the battery back in .The LG phone will boot into S/W mode !
Make sure you write down your imei or serial number AND make sure battery is fully charged . then
Now simply use the LG software tool or the KDZ offline flasher look around the forum for how to guides
Thats it

Then try enter in lelus fastboot mode, ad then flash x-loader, uloader, boot.img and recovery.img from stock rom for your device type model. Then repeat steps 1 and 2
Where can I find the lelus script?

Sorry for reviving such an old thread, but oh well...
Your procedure doesn't seem to work with my device. Just to make sure we are using the same driver packages, can you post a link to the fastboot driver you have successfully used?
My L9 is always showing this "partition doesn't exist" error message, no matter what I try. Lelus's script seems to do the job and the phone is detected as a fastboot device, and can even be detected in LG Flash Tool (using a 910K cable), but flashing will stop after a little over 2 minutes, because the phone disconnects. During all of my attempts, the screen stays black.
Any hint?

Can you boot into recovery? We now have a custom recovery for locked bootloaders (and CM roms). If you can get into recovery, I would try some adb commands to mount the partitions.
No, no recovery. Just to make sure that I'm not doing it wrong, what is the key combination to boot to recovery?
I have also tried:
Code:
fastboot boot some_recovery_image.img
It says ok, but the phone just hangs at the black screen and becomes undetectable as a fastboot device, until I pull the battery. So, unless the some_recovery_image.img is unsuitable for my P760 (which may be!), there is something seriously wrong I think.
Or maybe I can try the same command with the custom recovery for bootloader locked phones... Where can I find it?

Your EMMC partition is wiped or fried... you really need a JTAG service or a Box like octopus because your L9 is Hard-bricked...
Thanks for your opinion. Yet, I still want to hear from others.
I'm running into more and more problems with the L9 as their me grows.
-Fastboot doesn't work under Windows 8.1 and 10, but under the now obsolete(for me) Windows 7, unlike my other devices, which are fine with Win 10.
-ADB seems to work, but requiring the device to be still able to boot.
-I always boot to recovery from within Android as long as the L9 ain't bricked. After a failed rom install, during which the sd card failed(could no longer write or be formatted afterwards, the last time stamps of files and folders were set during the failed install) I discovered a problem with TWRP(Artas182x's and Edwin's), which may have been present since a long time: Trying to invoke TWRP via keypress will brick the device!
So, if my P760 no longer boots, there's only download mode available, sort of the final line of defense.
-There's sort of a trick if even download mode fails: After a failed attempt unplug phone, force switch-off, if the phone is in brick state. Then switch on, force switch-off again, and only then attempt download mode again. And have patience while holding down the vol button, it might take up to 20 seconds for the phone to switch itself on into download mode. (A single forced powerdown will cause Fastboot NOT to work the next time)
But I'm absolutely clueless about the recovery issue, for now TWRP is semi-working, can only be accessed via Android, as long as the phone is fully working.
W/o Fastboot, I now have flashed stock rom several times and rooted it with Kingo rooter just to be able to run Flashify to install TWRP. If Flashify is the culprit for the TWRP issues, I could need a recommendation for a better working app.

Tried OMAP flasher ? It needs memory configuration file in order to work with our device
No, I didn't. I have sold the phone for spares.
Inviato dal mio LG-D855 utilizzando Tapatalk
I never needed the OMAP drivers and tools. As they are ancient, they will probably make even more problems with newer Windows versions.
I could by no means invoke Fastboot on this device with Windows 8.1 and 10, Seven worked. So you had to go for Download Mode instead to recover to stock rom, then root with the Kingo tool, then install TWRP via Rashr or Flashify, the most time consuming way to recover from the frequent bricks.
And the LG Flash Tool 2014 always needed several attempts to get the job done. The latest official recovery tool from LG works in D/L Mode, but will always download the rom image anew.
I try to root my phone, it was frozen on 3% and i unplug the usb cable.
Now, when i try to turn it on i had this message:" error boot certification verify" then goes to black screen.
I can´t enter in download mode or recovery mode.
What can i do to fix it?
Everything is frozen?
What have you done, flashed an img or something else?
I flash a .kdz file with lg flash tool. I was trying to update to lollipop. But the installation stop and then i remove the usb cable.
Now i have the black screen after "error boot certification verify".
What can i do?

did i loose the warranty by canceled the instalation of lollipop?
It was the official version of lollipop.
Yes,you've lost warranty.
Every bloody page on the net says, that root and custom roms cancel your warranty.
Better have thought before messing up.
I'm a phone tech, but before I was qualified for that,I used to read many pages over XDA and the Israeli site for Android phones.
There's a saying here, you better shave on some else's beard.
So,no offence,but now you're shaved,but butt naked.......
Try the help of the guys here.
Just for your knowledge:
You DO NOT study how to root and jailbreak phones on your phone tech studies, because on 90% of the cases, you do not need to do so.
We are past the days of Cydia, black market and custom features that require root.
I basically raped my Galaxy S2 with root and rom changes, never bricked it,but got normal results only when working with the official Stock Rom.
On my G2 mini,I don't even bother to root, and have flashed a stock rom manually through LG Flash Tool 2014.
Even if the flash went wrong,I could have tried flashing another rom,or send it for maintenance, because it was an official flash, and could have claimed it happened with PC Suite, which happnes to do so on many occasions .
I think I've made my point.
Happy post digging,my frined.
Peace!
Hei everyone! I bricked my G2 MINI while tryin to unlock bootloader. I finally found a guide to unbrick it and via fastboot i have erased the LAF.IMG .

Someone know how to get in fastboot without go in download mode?

If he really erased LAF from his phone he can not get into download mode any more, because LAF is the download mode.
If he was in the situation where he could erase LAF he could have easily rescued his phone by flashing stock images.
Now it will be hard to rescue but there is nothing to loose any more.
You can try to get into fastboot by:
hold vol + button and connect usb cable.
As soon as you see the fastboot screen release all buttons.
Try to connect your phone via fastboot.
Try to flash original aboot + original LAF
Maybe flash original boot + system
or
Go to Download mode and flash original KDZ in emergency mode (CSE).

If you connect the phone to USB with a PC, does the PC show anything in explorer or device manager?
If yes, there is still a chance to recover it.
I'm referring to THIS task.
I have not done it before but it could work and you have nothing to loose.
Make sure you get the correct KDZ for your phone from HERE.
Extract the original images with WindowsLGFirmwareExtract
You can find the partition list HERE

Nope man, i only hear the usb plug in/plug out sound of Win7 but nothing in explorer or the lg app on the pc. Its obvious that i have the drivers stock and the others of Android SDK platforms (i used adb and fastboot very uasually when the telephone was funtional).
Anyway thank u all for the help, i had the telephone bricked for the unlocking of the bootloader and i thought that my phone was over, the argument is very difficult to afford on this site and on this device, i sent the telephone at the LG Custom Care and they only told me that the motherboard was over and replace it costs 130€ (im Italian) so i reclined their offer (i have also a Oneplus X) but after some deep research on XDA i made big steps forward and maybe if didnt make the stupid thing of forgot to flash the laf stock, maybe i could be able to rescue my phone. So a big big big Thank to the community of XDA and a infinite f**k to LG Custom Care that they would stole me 130€.
Ps. I bought an LG D620 with the display destroyed for 30€ and ill replace the Motherboard.
Pps. Sorry for my bad English.

But, if you have a stock ROM, use LG's drivers. If you have a custom ROM, use Google's drivers.
Hi guys. I got the Tmobile LG G2 and it was running on Android 4.4.2 LG G2 D80110c. Then I changed the dpi by editing the build.prop via root explorer up but when the device reboots, it shows system force close and I basically cannot do anything. I realized that my TWRP recovery hadn't installed successfully and also I think download mode is not working. Computer recognizes the device when it is on... Can someone please tell me how to unbrick my device? Is there a way to install TWRP at the current condition of the phone? I think I cannot use lg flashtool because that requires the phone to be in download mode, while mine can't get in download mode...please help! thank you!
Edit: also when I try to hard factory reset the device it shows: ERROR: boot certification error and it gets stuck in black screen.
What I can think of is a way to manually install TWRP via adb or manually flash a kernel that supports custom dpi, but the only problem is that I don't know how to do that...

theres several things you could do.. try srk tools to try and fix twrp, or fix download mode using nuke download.. i dont know how to i just know theres a way to do it.. if other fails and it doesn not go into download mode then you must short circuit the motherboard.... then look at thread g2 hard brick fix..

I don't think my phone is hard bricked. USB debbuging is on and computer recognizes the device when it boots up. I simply don't know how to install twrp via adb commands or alternative methods ... or how to manually flash a custom kernel that would allow normal device boot up when dpi is changed.

I saw those I just can't get it to be recognized by the computer. Did the guy in the video try the hard brick fix from XDA? It is not very clear how he gets his laptop to recognize the device

This thread here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2449670 might help you installing twrp via adb
Hello guys, I am new here to XDA Developers, so here's my take on my phone's problem..
Long story short, I wanted to root my phone so I could enable the OTG option for my phone cuz I tend to get my storage filled up and use a USB to transfer files. So, I did root my phone, got its bootloader unlocked and successfully done the operation. I used the kiwi_twrp_3-21_recovery.img via ADB and Fastboot tool for this.
But when I used ADB and Fastboot to flash the boot-kiwi-marshmallow-otg,img file and restart it afterwards, the phone will go straight to eRecovery mode. Here I cannot download the recovery it wants because it always show download info fail of some sort and that I cannot debug the phone either. I do can get it to Fastboot mode but my computer won't detect it.. So my phone is basically a stone now. What should I do now? It is my first time so I don't wanna get busted, any help will be appreciated! Thanks!
For reference: I was using this this thread for OTG enabling feature:

And for rooting process, I just watched this video:

Solutions:
1. Boot into recovery (Power + VolUp) and restore last backup (I really do hope you have a backup). It should be enough to restore just boot image. Mine ended in eRecovery few days ago after messing with Magisk and I've successfully recovered my device from there
2. Download original firmware, extract it, boot into fastboot (obv., try fixing it first, but you've flashed TWRP so it must work for other stuff, too) and just reflash original boot image
3. Download original firmware, extract it, boot into fastboot and reflash original recovery, then try eRecovery (this will probably wipe all your data, though)
There are tons of manuals how to extract Huawei/Honor firmware images (even a nice little program to do it for you), so I'd suggest searching around for that SW instead of asking how.
