Updated with Odex and Deodex versions
@BeansTown106 seems like he may be busy on something else, so I figured I'd help out and create a flashable zip of the Stock odex rom for G900TUVU1BNG3.
This should be pretty identical to what Beans provides for us normally.
It's Stock with the following mods:
Rooted
BusyBox
Init.d support
Knox-Free
Carrier-IQ Free
Removed Tether Provisioning checks (version 1.2)
Read/Write to external storage
Working Art
Working Private Mode
Bootloader and Modem tars can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52210611&postcount=4&nocache=1&z=1439293276052922 thanks to @edgarf28

The only issues I've had so far is that I was prompted to update the su binary. Not a real problem, I likely just put the wrong binary in there (older version).
Let me know if it works for you, or any problems. It's running on my phone now and seems fine.
Tethering
Works fine as of version 1.2
Disclaimer: I am not responsible for a bricked device, only flash on T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900T)
Thanks to:
Chainfire - for superSu
BeansTown - for previous roms to copy changes from
Changelog:
1.3 - fix external sd read/write
- update super su didn't work
1.2 - fixed tether provisioning check (removed it)
1.1 - removed need to install tether patch
1.0 - first attempt
Thanks for this good job
Thanks mate! But download link also links to my bootloader/modem post :silly:

Can someone running this confirm that the tethering provisions are removed?
I just checked, and I get a force close :crying:
I must have left something out from the provisioning. I'll look into it and update if I find anything.
If you flash a rom with items stored in private mode will they be deleted?

I've just updated the 1st post with a zip you can flash if you need tethering and are not concerned with provisioning. I was getting a force close on settings when I tried to tether, this zip will fix that at least.
Uploading a new version now with the tethering fix included. Still has provisioning check, but at least it won't force close.
Also uploaded deodexed version for those that like that sort of thing. OP will be updated once the uploads are complete.
Sorry for the inconvenience and the small fib about the tethering provision. I tried..:silly:
Maybe we just have to wait for the master to return @BeansTown106
This should at least hold us over till he gets back. It's fully functional and fast, if I do say so myself.

Maybe a bad upload, I tried my local copy and it work.
I figured out the tethering provision thing too, so I may just upload that version instead. It'll take a bit to get ready though
4 times downloading this, and I can't flash it in recovery. I keep getting an error that it failed to open the zip file. Any help? I'm using TWRP and made sure I flashed the bootloader and modem first.

for right now, use this one, then the tether patch in the OP http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23578570567721569
I'm uploading 1.1 again after I re-packed it. I'll update the link later, when it's done.
Op updated with repacked zip for odex. I'm still trying to get framework to recompile to remove tether provision.

Flashed DeOdexed version on 900T, booted and running great.

Hello N7105 owners,
DISCLAIMER:
By reading this post, downloading any of the links, or acting on it in anyway you accept full responsibility for the outcome. I strongly suggest you do not download this ROM but that's just my opinion.
What this is:
This is EE's (UK operator)(formally Orange & T-Mobile) stock ROM for the GT-N7105 or Galaxy Note 2 LTE International - N7105XXXALIJ
Stock Kernel
Rooted
Busybox
Fully deodexed
Zip aligned
Some bloatware removed. (Light version)
What you would need:
Custom recovery (CWM) <-- See other threads for the how-to I might post a link later.
What you would do:
Download .zip
While waiting... it's big (sorry) ... do a nandroid <-- Google it.
Put .zip onto external SD Card (internal would be fine too but I think if you full wiped it'd get deleted and your panties would twist)
Flash .zip
Wait... remember it's big (sorry)
Wipe Cache
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Reboot
Enjoy
What else you would want to do:
Flash a different Kernel - there's only one floating around for now.
Use a storage data swap - two options
Use performance scripts, see around there are lots and they'll work best with a different kernel with init.d support - there is a thread with an how-to for getting support with any kernel/ROM and I tried it but failed. I didn't try hard.
Wipe Data - this shouldn't be necessary as your phone will already be on a stock ROM.
What I would like you to do:
Make themes and I'll link them in post 2
Tell me what default apps you want back or what taken away.
Post links to other stock ROMs you'd like made more convenient (that's all this is btw because it's no different than rooting etc yourself after the fact).
Talk about N7105 development - we all want proper Dev support and built from source roms.
What I don't want you to do:
Expect anything from me.
Flash this thinking it's something special, or that I'm a dev, or think that this is counts as actual development.

Tbh until there's been some discussion about what should be in and what should be out the light version is not recommended. There's literally too many apps and too many Samsung goodies to know whats right to remove.
The once we agree on the best minimum apps for a base, I'll just use that for updates and the other apps can come in a range flashable packages.
For now the recommended way to debloat is just use titanium backup.

Those few who have downloaded the Light version, how is it? Did it boot? I remove anything that needs putting back in? Is there anything still there you would consider bloat?
Is the bloated version deodexed, zip aligned etc?
Yes. The only difference is a number of system apps are removed in the light version.

Great, trying it now. I want to see if the Multiwindow mod (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1953705) will work with this. If so it would be great to start having it cooked into later roms. Will feedback later.
Will cirtainly try it but my phone is acting up. It refuces to use 4g, it goes like a jojo between e/g/3g/h and thats when its connected. Most of the dsy its out of service so need to return it.

Has to be deodex / custom ROMs, right?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1961314
Support 7105 rom
Should have ALJ4 uploaded tomorrow.
Edit:
Dang the re branding broke s note. Can't fix until tomorrow. Probably just need to push a different s note app (has someone optimised that awful app yet?)
It's uploading anyway if it doesn't fail I'll post link but flashing it without at least removing the s note app will result in infinite FCs. It's otherwise untested.

How does this free up internal storage? I thought I internal storage was hard coded into the partition? Does this repartition?
Does this have proper mtp functionality? The S4 stock rom's MTP support was lacking... I.E. my mac didn't mount it. It see's the device.
I'm on PA atm and it also doesn't work there. I'm contemplating giving the device back, I had the same issue on my S3 and this just makes it unbearable.

I should have been more clear. What I meant was the zip file on your internal sd card prior to flash is smaller. I dont have and extended Micro SD card yet so my Space once I do a backup is very limited.

This might sound stupid, but I was having issues myself using a USB cable other than the one that they gave new in the box. My only thoughts are, being that its USB 3.0, some of the cheaper knock off USB cables I have, must not be able to send enough power for the device.

Just download another stock and dump the APKs you want into the /system/apps/ directory.
BTW, I don't know what happened after I went to bed but the download links seem to be fine now, sorry for any issues.
I've never created a rom install with Aroma, but would it be difficult to set up an installer to permit the selection of certain items some may not consider "bloat"? I can always backup all the system apps, and then restore whatever I want, but it may make things a bit easier. Thanks for this btw, downloading now!
Welcome! If you found yourself looking for something like CleanROM based on the new 4.4.2 OTA, then you have come to the right place. Scott has moved on to other devices, so I decided to follow along with what he started. This has been thoroughly tested by myself and others with no issues. Want stability you can trust? I have not had a reboot with this ROM, nor have any testers. For best results, please follow the installation instructions below!
About:
Stock Look & Feel
Stable
Fast & Smooth
Based on the new FND7 OTA from VZW
Features:
Rooted (SuperSU)
Init.d enabled
Busybox
DeOdexed
Bloat Removed
Wifi Tether Fix
3 Way Reboot Menu
Updated Samsung and Google apps in /System
Build.prop tweaks for performance
What works:
Everything
What doesn't:
Nothing!
Credits:
Chainfire for SuperSU
killa408shark for testing
@icedventimocha for 3 way reboot
Phil3759 for the wonderful recovery
scrosler for CleanROM
jbeitel for the 1% battery mod xml's and images
Team N3BULA - @lacoursiere18 ; @Deckoz2302 ; @fkfmfz - Because they are awesome!
Installation:
Must have recovery installed (I recommend either Philz or CWM)
Copy ROM to external SDcard
Flash the new 4.3 firmware with Odin 3.07 from the OTA found HERE!
Reboot to current ROM
Reboot to Recovery
Wipe Data/Factory reset (I always do 3x for good measure)
Wipe Cache (Again, I always do 3x for good measure)
Wipe Dalvik Cache
I recommend formatting System, Cache, Data, and /sdcard (internal memory) on first install but this may not be completely necessary as it will wipe absolutely everything. If you decide to wipe the internal memory, make sure your backups and this ROM is stored on the external sdcard.
Flash ROM
Profit!
A couple things to note:
This is built from the OTA tar. Not another ROM or the leak!
If you use a different kernel, do not report issues until you verify issue with stock (included kernel).
If you do not flash firmware with Odin and use Mobile Odin instead, do not report issues until you flash FW with Odin on the computer.
I am not responsible if you brick your phone, but of course you would know that if you are flashing this.
Of course your warranty is already voided from rooting your phone.
If you would like to use this as a base, please include me in your credits and link to this thread.
I am in general a very busy person, so I like to rely on you and other XDA members to help eachother. That is what this is all about right? I will continue to update this as I feel necessary. With my flashing habit, that may be alot
I built this ROM for my personal use and decided to share because of how well it works.
I am not a themer, so don't expect any fancy themes! If you would like to create a theme and share, please let me know and I will add it to the OP. This goes for any other MOD. I am happy to add things to the builds if they work well and you want to contribute.

I'm up and running! Almost got to impatient during the Verizon boot but I just set it aside... didn't take long.
I can't get the WiFi to turn on.... I've seen this before and I thought flipping the Mobile Data off and on would fix the issue but it didn't work. I wiped my internal sdcard because I had too many backups. I will keep playing around with it, like I said I've seen this before I just can't recall what I did to fix it....

Duh!!!! As many times as I have done this I didn't want to be that person......... NOW I"M THAT PERSON!
I got so excited I skipped that step. What makes me feel so stupid, is I just downloaded the firmware patch with another ROM that I was getting ready to load before the ROM popped up!
Sorry, my BAD

No worries. Flash that via Odin on the computer and you should be good to go.

Did you flash firmware before or after flashing the rom? Does the switch immediately go back to off or does it try to turn on and eventually go back to off?
Also make sure you verify MD5 hash on both the firmware and rom download.

I was about to ask if there was a new modem to go along with this, but then I found this thread:

Which version? Odex or Deodex?
Anyone else have this problem?
I also added the MD5 checksums so you can verify your download.

First off thank you for providing this ROM, but mine also failed twice using TWRP and it was the deodexed, going to try the odexed next.
@keysoh2 - Thank you once again!! Great to see your still around. Time to upgrade to the latest release.
Does anyone know if anything changes from this version from Previous? All I see in T-Mobile website is Chinese Language support -_-
Thank you for the Deodexed release with the tweaks for S health
Everything installed fine for me.
Any real advantage of using deoxeded if i wont be installing any mods except for xposed??
Thanks man for all you work.
And for all the updates

Stock Kernel
In case anyone flashed an alternate kernel and wants to go back to stock, I pulled it out and made a zip: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95832962473395811
Just flash in recovery.
can you flash this with mobile odin or kies. Or do you need a custom recovery

I did a dirty flash from stock rooted and the tether checks are still in place. Can anyone confirm they are removed from a clean flash?

there's an xposed mod for that. It's called something like "moto tether". @keysoh2, I can mod that framework-res again if you want? That'll remove the provision without the need for the xposed mod.
Edit: The mod is called X Tether, you can find it here: http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.dym.motoxtether
Edit 2: Looks like @keysoh2 already modded the framework to remove the tether provisions, so it should be good to go. Not sure why you would have a problem then. You can try deleting the following files from /system/app/
- TetheringAutomation.apk
- TetheringAutomation.odex
- TetheringProvision.apk
- TetheringProvision.odex
Obviously if you use the deodex version of the rom, don't worry about the .odex files.
Here is a HotSpot mod for NK4 devices. I did the smali edits from memory and put this together in 10 minutes so please let me know if there are any issues. It is working on my device but make a backup. Requires busybox installed for the installer.
This is for ODEXED ROMS! This is NOT DEODEXED! Don't yell at me if you can't read
Added seperate Extended Boot Menu Mod. Same rules apply.
Could you make one for the NKD build if I send you the needed file's?
The smali edits would be easy enough, However, I'm not sure how to 'odex' it and how things are affected since ART is implemented in the latest version replacing the Dalvik cache.
Short answer. I don't know....
I guess I need to install it at some point and figure out how it works
There's been quite a few downloads and no feedback whatsoever so I'll assume the mods are working?

Hi townsenk;
I thin the majority of users\downloaders are on tdunham's stock 4.4.4 and deodex. At least that is my case. I'm trying to get hotstpot working and have been thus far unsuccessful. If you feel like making a Deodex version I will definitely be on the top of the list for a test. Galaxy tools have been unable to fix my issue. I am able to advertise the hotspot put no devices can connect. They hang on the obtaining IP screen.

Try this. This is completely untested and probably not ready for public consumption!
Make sure you have a backup of your services.jar and have a fire extinguisher handy...
What about extended reboot for deodexed ☺ please
Extended reboot is in the tdunham OP
Sent from my SM-G900P using XDA Free mobile app
I can deodex the extended reboot mod if needed, provided I get some feedback that the deodexed hotspot version is even working. Like I said, I have no easy way to test deodexed versions and rely on simple comments like "It's Working" or "You blew up my Phone You Jerk!"

Flashed and cleared cache. Broke my wifi. I get authentication error when trying to connect to an access point now.
Hotspot has same issue trying to assign IP. I didn't make a backup of just the services.jar (yea, know I should have). Instead just restoring a full backup with TWRP,
:EDIT: The restore did not fix the authentication error. After restore, I simply did the turn off wifi and data, turn on Airplane mode, Turn back on Wifi and that fixed it so I probably could have done that in the first place. I wanted to confirm this backup though so happy since it was a full modem\EFS (everything checked) backup.
Thank you for trying.

Are you using Xposed, Custom kernel or any mods or xml edits that may be affecting this?
The reason I ask is that the fact that an ip address is not getting assigned should not be a side affect of the mod regardless of it being odexed or deodexed. I also had no success in using the one click hotspot app. (which is what prompted me to do the mod in the first place). I also restored the system once it failed because I felt it may have left some undesired edits behind. The only real way would be to do the mod on a clean deodexed install. I'm not asking you to do this because I know it's a pain. I may attempt this in the next day or so depending on the feedback I get in the meantime.
EDIT: User miked63017 is testing a different way to do the hotspot mod in a recent post. You may consider trying that. he may also have more insight on your specific issue.

I am now using a custom kernel but did try it with the stock kernel as well. It is weird that I don't get a complain from the Hotspot app but instead only get an issue with devices trying to connect. Maybe I'll try with a clean install over the weekend to see what happens.
No exposed. on tdunham's 4.4.4
Hotspot worked perfectly for me. But now on deodexed rom

Don't wanna hijack the thread, but if there isn't a deodexed version of the mod, the app I have in the themes and apps section under sprint s5 should work.
