Can you still enter recovery?
Assuming that you can, this ROM appears to be for the Droid incredible device where as you have the incredible s, I don't believer that it is therefore compatible, I'd suggest you download another ROM from the incredibles s forum wipe your device and attempt to install this

After shutting down and turning on my phone, it will not boot up and instead freezes on the white splash screen with the green HTC logo.
I tried factory reset and recovery but none of those work and it take me back to same screen. I don't have warranty one my phone.
I haven't installed any new applications in awhile. I don't know what caused this. What can I do to get my phone working again?
thanks for help

hi guys
i've got a problem with my desire x running 4.1.1.
i've got the stock rom, and root, but i want to eliminate some apk and imetx that i don't use so i search the forum and try to do some things.
i can't unninstal any apk or imetx, when reboot they stay in the phone. After this i tried to revert the phone to stock, but i don't now why my phone only boots while usb connected, i've trie to change recovery, boot, rom, etc and nothing. the phone only works when connected to usb.
and i'm so stupid that via recovery i factory reset the phone and delete sd card, so i lose all my backups.
yes i'm really stupid i know.
could somebody help me?i think that might be a boot problem
and if possible teach me how to modify the stock JB rom to eliminate those apk, and bring my phone to life.
thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english

Yes, i flashed boot.img and install the latest drivers.
I noticed that now, after stock flash, this only happens when i reboot or factory reset the phone. if i turn off the phone and turn on again it boots without problem.
