Maybe I'm an idiot but I couldn't find boot.img...do I need to pull that?
Here are the other files:
Removed per OP's request.
To get boot.img, I think you would need to extract it from a blob - I think the tegra kernels hide it from the OS.

I'm trying to do something specific. I want to learn how to change setting using adb, without unlocking the phone and navigationg to those settings with keyevents. For example I would like to mount usb storage while the X10 is locked, or turn on wifi etc. I think we should use some code from the settings.apk but I don't know how the code should look like. I already can all of the basics like copying files, installing apps and so on.
Ok, found it. If You also want to know how to do it PM
requesting info, getting it and then not sharing it publicly so others can access it from search is not generally considered a nice move. please appreciate the fact that others might want to have the same information. For this, the forum is build. PM is for private stuff.
If you have other reasons, not to share, please feel free to tell us so. Thank you.

WOW, that's an old stuff, which already forgot. But after few minutes of thinking I remember it
The code to enable wifi is:
HTML:
adb shell "svc wifi enable"

why i'm getting "killed" error after executing this command?
I need to re-odex my XWLPG based Neat Rom. I searched on XDA and found these two posts :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1851567
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1402233
I tried out the second one but couldn't get it to work. Can someone please develop a simple CWM script so that I can just flash it and re-odex the whole ROM back ?
I am on Neat Rom XWLPG with CF-Root kernal for the same.

Swyped from my Galaxy SII
I have already seen that post. I specifically asked for a simple CWM script. It is available for the S3. With only a few lines of code edited, it should work with the S2.
Please create a CWM flashable file for the I9100

I already provided the link in the original post itself. It's the first of the two links I attached. You call me lazy and you can't even pay attention to stuff.
Besides, I did try one of the methods, couldn't get it to work. I even tried to edit the CWM script, couldn't get through with that too. And that's because I'm no expert in this field. Please try to avoid judging people based on a simple request.

1. I'll let you if there's something i can do about it. There may be a little delay; that's because, there is no i can test it, since I'm not on stock ROM
2. I'm using tapatalk, which always open any XDA link within the app without showing the forum. Therefore there was no way for me to have known that the first link belongs to S3 section except i open it in my browser (which i don't normally do for XDA links).
3. It is NOT my job to help you. I'm only trying to assist and you should respect that.

1. Even if you didn't know it was the S3 section, the post was about a re-odexing CWM script, which was the only relevant part according to my request. So it's quite evident that you didn't pay attention at all.
2. I didn't pull you out from your house and force you to help me. All I did was making a public request and you chose to reply to me voluntarily.
If you weren't capable enough to help, you shouldn't have replied in the first place, rather than passing your expert comments about me.

not worth it since I gave up has important flaws that rom, so if you want to delete this post.
no problem
"Quick Boot" wich is available in the playstore, works to boot the G3 into recovery. Much easier & much faster than doing the whole volume / power thing.
*If I have helped you please hit the thanks ?*

Can you please delete this thread?
I didn't realize that I posted this in the wrong area. My apologies for the inconvenience.
I also seen someone posted something similar to it in Q&A.
Edit:
Nevermind. You don't have to delete this, but if it is in the wrong place please feel free to move it to the right place. It wasn't in Q&A it was under themes and that was just for rebooting the device, not recovery. Sorry for any trouble. Thx.
