Though most of custom ROM having this features built-in but here simple apk to enable quad view in multiwindow if anyone missing it.
Requirement
TW based ROM 4.3/4.4 note II/III (in fact you can try on any device having multiwindow feature, though no guarantee)
Rooted device
Install
1.Download quad view apk and simply install as regular apk
2.Click on applictaion icon from drawer, grant SU permission and reboot device once you get notification.
3.Once it's done you can uninstall application.
PS:for 3rd and 4th window you needs to drag and drop from tray.

Please more clarifying about how to open 3d & 4th windows ? (havnt understood because i'm not good enought in english)
i still have just 2 windows on my N7100
i did everything necessary & i restarted my phone

Drag and drop.
When you needs 3rd window, first locate desire app on tray - long press and then drag on existing window (any one of two)
And same for 4th, you have to drag on single half window.

when i'm having two apps opened on the multi, moving a third app on the half where its opened an app will replace it ! so i cant get a third window !
