Have you rooted your phone ? why reset done ?
Try again factory reset as mentioned in your other thread.

hallo XDA, it's been almost a year and still there's no reliable root app or method available.
can you guys please tell me if there's something i can do with this update?
i need to update my IMEI numbers but can't do much without root.
