hallo XDA, it's been almost a year and still there's no reliable root app or method available.
can you guys please tell me if there's something i can do with this update?
i need to update my IMEI numbers but can't do much without root.
please if there's something you can help me with, i would appreciate that.

don't bother to contact feliexvictor, it's as simple as install framaroot.apk (just do a Google search for framaroot, xda will the first option), and choose install super su and choose boromir exploit, it will be rooted in 10 seconds time, just reboot ur device and LO! AND BEHOLD! ur Lava iris 352e is successfully ROOTED, ready for u to use ram expander and Titanium backup and setcpu and what not!!!!!!!!!

After Upgrading to Android KitKat 4.4.2, Lava Iris 504Q Plus ( Lava Iris 504Q+) mobile lost the Root access. We tried several ways to solve the problem. Any senior Developer please look into this problem and provide us the solution.
On Android 4.2.2 we rooted this device with Framaroot tool. worked smoothly without any problem. Now we tried so many such a methods.... No Use. Some solutions given other threads like VROOT, ..... etc. are not working.
Any Help will be appreciated by THANKS by all Lava iris 504Q+ users.........

hallo, i have flashed my Lava Iris 405 plus with 4.4.2 kitkat last year and since i haven't got any rooting method for this firmware, I'm not able to update my IMEI numbers.
i wanted to know if there's a way to update IMEI numbers to a firmware before installing it to my phone?
that means some way to make it permanent that i don't need to root it over and over again every time to insert IMEI numbers.

Can anyone help me get a CUSTOM ROM for Lava Iris X1 Mini? It currently has Kitkat 4.4.2, but I want to get either Lollipop or Marshmallow.
I tried installing CyanogenMod but my CUSTOM Recovery mode didn't allow me to install it, since it was not built for my phone. Please let me know, if there is a way to force install any ROM into my device!
Please help me as soon as possible.

Please note the difference, that is Lava Iris X1 and my phone is Lava Iris X1 mini.
And btw, yeah I tried all the ROM's, in the recovery mode, it says the ROM is not built for your device.

Yes youre right. And I couldnt find any rom now for your device especially android 4.4.2.
There are difference between your and the normal size X1. Ram, camera and screen is different, and may kernel. It would bit a bit work to port it to your device. You would need someone that would do that But there would be roms already if someone even tried that.
