Cant flash via fastboot, flash in recovery using method install. Make sure you have pure stock sense6 rom. Otherwise, it will fail to install OTA, no brick no worries, just fail and need to repeat process.
Ok. I will try tonight. Thanks a lot.
Edit : failed. i'm a bit confused with the steps really. i flash stock recovery but when i reboot to recovery the triangle and ! picture comes out. what i should do really? it would be very nice of you if you can teach me from step 1. thanks. sorry for asking too much.

yes, do full wipe, flash the ROM via recovery, you can go to fastboot via developer options menu in Amon Ra recovery ( if you are using ), connect to usb- fastboot will be shown as fastboot usb -navigate to folder on your pc having faastboot tool -> through command prompt -> flash the boot.img from using fastboot --> fastboot flash boot boot.img ( replace boot.img with your boot.img file name)

If you can access your phone via fastboot then you can revive it pretty quick.
If you cannot, then...... no need to say it
here are the steps to follow if you can use fastboot:
first of all you should prepare your files; you need the drivers for the device, adb and fastboot executable files, a ROM of your choice with the proper boot.img. Once you got those put them in one folder and proceed.
enter bootloader mode (volume down + power)
select fastboot mode
plug your usb cable to your PC
open a cmd window and navigate to your fastboot directory and execute this command: fastboot flash boot boot.img
now you should push a downloaded ROM to your internal sdcard with this command: adb push *here your ROM name.rar or .zip* storage/sdcard0/
if you get an error of not copying, the add a folder for example storage/sdcard0/Download/ or storage/sdcard0/DCIM/
then you can enter recovery and flash your ROM, you should do a wipe and install, then wipe cache and then reboot.
This should put your phone to work with whatever ROM you install, then to get to stock is another process which includes relocking the bootloader.
Please update so I can give you any more help.
NOTE: any rom you download should be compatible with your CID, check it via fastboot with this command: fastboot getvar cid. Also try to download ARHD from mike1986, in his thread you can find compatible CID. If not try to look for a rom compatible with your CID
Hello JoHnGr0n3,
i have same problem.
in phone was stock ROM, unlock bootloader, TWRP 2.6.1.0 (no nandroid backup )
After installing the official update 4.2.2. cant reboot system only white screen with HTC logo
i tried flash Revolution ROM with yours tutorial...
flash via fastboot
boot.img copied and flashed - OK
but i cant copied any file to "SD" card i used command: adb push Revolution.zip storage/sdcard0/DCIM and wrote me: error device not found
any ideas how to copy ROM on storage?
ENRC2B_U
CID: 032
HBOOT: 1.35
Im sorry for my bad English
If you have a zip (rom) file on your pc you can ADB sideload it. and pull out the boot.img of the rom. install the rom. read the fourth post of this

Is the device fully S-off, otherwise you will need to manually install the boot.img in fastboot mode.
I've used the M6-7 snapshots on the LRA version without many issues.

Any of the DNA roms should work pretty well on the LRA model. I haven't tried any of the sense ones myself though.
Google just released the M preview for the Nexus 6 and I see some guys having some issues with flashing the preview, So what I did is just modify on the kernel not to encrypt the device during the first boot
and here is the simplest way to flash the preview
1-Download the preview factory image http://developer.android.com/preview/download.html
2-download this modified version of the stock M boot img https://goo.gl/SFWpMO
3-unpack the M preview .tgz file in your fastboot/adb folder and you will get the radio file and the bootloader file and the image-shamu-MPZ44Q.zip file
4-go to TWRP backup your ROM then wipe cache/dalvic/data/system ( watch out don't wipe the internal storage)
5-boot into bootloader and flash the bootloader : fastboot flash bootloader bootloader-shamu-moto-apq8084-71.11.img
6-fastboot reboot-bootloader
7-flash the radio file : fastboot flash radio radio-shamu-D4.01-9625-05.16+FSG-9625-02.94.img
8-fastboot reboot-bootloader
9-Unpack the image-shamu-MPZ44Q.zip file
10-you need just system.img from this file
11-flash the system : fastboot flash system system.img
12-flash the modified boot img that you downloaded in step 2 : fastboot flash boot boot-noencryption.img/B]
13-fastboot reboot
You also use NRT for flashing the M Preview if you prefer but flash the noencrption boot img instead of the stock img in order to avoid encrypting your device
It won't take time to boot but it's really important to wipe from twrp before flashing and as always try this on your own risk
Can't wait to flash thanks!!

Inspired by this thread!
Dumped via non-flashed (only live booted) TWRP so I can dump the original recovery too.
Can be flashed in fastboot mode!
To flash these images reboot your watch, swipe from the top left to the bottom right corner when you see the ASUS logo and connect it to your PC.
Then in a command line enter:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img
Download ALL-IN-ONE zip (system.img, boot.img, recovery.img): Dropbox (262MB) - OneDrive Backup
Download recovery.img: Dropbox (16 384KB) - OneDrive Backup
Download boot.img: Dropbox (16 384KB) - OneDrive Backup
If you need more partitions tell me below, I've only included these ones so far because I know they won't contain any personal or device specific information and should be flashable on other devices too. However I've dumped every single one existing on the ZW2

I used to use "img2simg" but it caused trouble.
In Ubuntu it's easy peasy going (Win? try Ubuntu on Linux on Windows. Win 10 only)
