I suggest you read some tutorials (sticky threads) on the Development section. This is one example thread, it has the update.zip which has the CWM Recovery you need after flashing JFD via ODIN. Read up, and you shall find your way.

Our note isn't supported by rom manager at this time. The only way I've seen in the dev section is to flash cwm via Odin.

I guess its not necessary to be rooted before installing CWM recovery. Anyways visit Ace Forum, and search for the available CWM recovery versions, and install by reading the instructions specified there.
Good Luck and Happy Flashing!

I did this just the other day.
If you want a version that is sure to be SDS safe then get mobile odin and the latest stock rom, select the rom file in odin but only flash the recovery partition.

I installed it while flashing CF root with Odin, how can I flash it by itself? Do you know a guide or something?
Guides are all in the stickied faqs and guides .

As said guides are in the stickies. Just download cwm Odin flashable zip.

When you install some mods on cwm based recoveries it leads to a stock recovery restoration. There should be a warning when you reboot then asking you if you want to disable recovery flashing. You must say yes or it will flash stock recovery.
It can happen with superSu zip files, some stock roms, and so on.

[Q] ROM Manager will not flash recovery

Hey all
I'm trying to use ROM Manager to install the newest ClockworkMod recovery (I currently have an older version of TWRP that has some issues with Android 4.3 ROMs), however, when I tell ROM Manager to flash ClockworkMod it tells me that the flash was successful but when I boot into recovery I still have TWRP. I'm assuming that I'll probably need to flash it manually via ODIN, but if there is another way that would be preferred.
Thanks guys
There is an adb way I think cwm can't be done in rom
