Out of curiosity has anyone activated ART in the Developer Settings? Any noticable change in performance or battery life?

Hi guys,
I've been experimenting with my newly bought S3.
Installed custom rom ARHD 10.0 to be specific
Installed betterbatterystats, titanium backup and setCPU.
I suppose most S3 users get a decent battery life. I noticed in some threads some users even got 1 % battery drain while asleep!
I have attached my logs. Could someone proficient in reading explain whats wrong with my battery life?

Thank you for that. Do i disable facebook totally?
^no need to disable the app. just disable the notification or set the "refresh interval" to like every 1 or 2 hours. setting it to "never" will not drain your battery
i was looking for a long time to increase my touchpad battery life on android and i found that option that did it like magic so i wanted to share it with u

It screws up shutdown widgets because they close as soon as they're activated. The only way to shutdown or reboot the tablet is with the power button- for me at least. I deactivated it.
dude
Dont post things like this in DEV SECTION.
I dont know if some moderator is gonna close it. Idnc
But just for the info. It goes more in general section
How does this safe battery life? As far as I know this option will prevent background processes from running, so if you have something wasting CPU cycles in the background it could improve battery life. But any decent app should sit idle in the RAM using a marginal amount of power.

Seems to me that this question is irrelevent. It is so simple the try that who cares how it works? Either it extends your battery life without hurting your "user experience" or it doesn't.

Hi, my phone's battery life is bad, could someone tell me some battery tweaks? I always have brightness on lowest, location services off and more.. But still bad battery life
The best battery tweak is an additional battery. Thank goodness our phones have replaceable batteries.

i know that.... but where is that bug?
like in 5.0.1 android memory leak problem was caused primarily...beacuse of a bug in ColorFade.java ...
but..in this case...what is happening? is the cpu draining battery ..? or what is it?
in ART usage... less resource(cpu) is used when a app is launched,,,battery must last longer than cm11 ,,,but in reality it is completely opposite...
what is the problem?
and even battery is draining faster in deep sleep mode also.....
this is a serious issue...
i just dont know but hope this get fixed soon
Yeah same here too using latest build battery is draining very fast even in aeroplane mode around 25% drain after 6 hours, is there any temporary fix for this......

Disable DT2W if you want to completely eliminate that source of drain.

Yes but in a slightly scale, afterall enabling it will keep the screen on and idle and wait for the DT command so disabling it should save some battery.
Dt2w is swiched off alredy and showing that
