Now, i am stuck in the boot animation, i already tried everything, i have a backup of my ROM (i can share it i anyone needs to see it) and i flash it with SP flash tools (even having the problem of the phone connecting and disconnecting when it is without the battery), and even when i get to flash it and reach the green circle nothing changes, i keep stuck in the boot animation (i have tryed to flash another ROM too (h**p://***.needrom.com/download/hdc-s5-g900h-6592-2g-16g-2014 without any success).
Even creating a personalized CMW recovery hasn't worked, MTK droid tools warns in that case that the recovery doesn't suit the device.
I was able to create one CMW recovery and flash it, but when i try to flash the backup of my ROM always aborts installation, stock recovery also aborts installations every time.
I am running out of options and ideias, anyone has a ideia what can be the problem? can anyone help me please?
P.S. I have made a factory reset through recovery (don't think that's the source of the problem) and problem started when i installed xposed framework apk.
Thanks in advance and regards.

Hi, i can't help you for now, but i have your same smartphone and i want to make a cwm recovery.
I've been rooted succesfully the phone and i made a cwm for this device, does anyone know how put the you25 in fastbootmode?
*deleted*
your help will be apprecciated,
the phone if of my girlfriend and now, after tryng to flash a cwm recovery built by the online builder, the you25 is still in bootloop.
Fortunately, I made a backup of the stock recovery and now i have to reflash it.
I need to know how put the phone in fastboot mode or eventually how reflash all the entire system, (before my girlfriend knows what i did:crying.
If you are interested, i made a cwm porting that works for 50%, you can backup and restore all entire system; then i tried the online builder to make it 100% working but with no success.

No, i can't access adb, i need to put it in fastbootmode by pressing at startup a sequence of buttons. (Es, power+vol down or whatever else for this devise).
Now i see the android logo only plugyng the power cable, it still appears for about 3-4 seconds, then the backlight of the three buttom buttons lights on and then the device reboots.
Initially, I flashed the recovery by adb, after rooted the mobile and mounted the filesystem in r/W mode with:
Code:
dd if=/sdcard/recovery.img of=/dev/blocks/mtdblocks10
.
You can find the right number by typing in adb shell:
Code:
cat /proc/partitions/
I have experience with other device, generally you can flash with adb, fastboot and by download mode, if the device boots you can always fix it, but you need the right tools.

what happens when you boot the device by normal start, does it also go into the 3-4 seconds bootloop or does it get stuck on the android logo?
i had my device stuck there already too but i was still able to access adb.

The device starts only if i plug the power cable, after 5-6 second the android logo shows up and then after 4 seconds the device reboots.
Adb doesn't work for me, but if you have adb working i think i can help you.
What is the last think you made to the device before beeing stock on the boot?

Thank you, but that doesn't work for me.
What about jtag? i have experience with decoders but nothing about smartphones.
Reading about how restore nexian a850, i founded that is possible to reflash the you25 with the sprocoom tool and the same driver of the nexian a850. Unfortunately I do not have the firmware for the you 25. Has anyone it, please?
I think that it is possible to flash the device using the img files that i created before and a prebootloader.
I have also to edit a file with a list of all partitions with their address in hex format.
Unfortunately i do not know these values, and i cannot see them from my device because it doesn't work. can anyone help me, please?
here is a list of all partitions:

[Q]About MT6575 usb vcom driver

Hi,Im trying to flash a custom rom for my clone i9300 (HERE).
I installed the driver but when I plug the usb to my powered off phone, the mediatek driver shows up then disappears(I dont know if that is normal or not)when the phone vibrates and charges(the big battery icon).
Then i proceed to follow instruction when flashing but the downloaded file from the link only showed boot img and recovery img,I'm afraid i might brick it so i did not proceed.
Then i found another link and DL'ed his files (HERE)
FOllowed his instruction but SPflash said use firmware upgrade,so i used firmware upgrade and this appears

ID suggest that you install the stock ROM, make it totally back to factory state, then start again by flashing custom Rom and rooting again

[Q] Help. Stuck in Android system recovery<3e>

hi i managed to update my tab to the latest firmware 4.0.4 . Previously it was already rooted and TWRP installed. I was thinking of rooting and backing up this build so from romtoolbox i boot into recovery mode (thinking that i will be seeing TWRP) But when boot i was shown the folllowing picture

}
since all of my buttons are not working (hence the reason installing TWRP ) i was ok fine lets reboot it via adb. therefore i run adb reboot and yet it still boots back to the same screen . Thinking i need to reverting all of the changes via odin i tried reboot download also does not work. reboot-bootloader also does not work. apprently i am stuck at this screen.
Right now i only have access to adb and is there any way i can recover from this?
many thanks again
I'm assuming you were running some kind of custom rom with TWRP as your recovery before going to stock ICS. Essentially, flashing stock ICS overwrote the old TWRP.
To fix it, flash in TWRP again (its somewhere in the development section) via Odin.
EDIT: If you can't access download mode... Try push the TWRP .tar file via ADB

the thing is i only root and installed twrp for the sake of backing up since my daughter loves to install application. I've read about pushing / Installing application but that would requires root right? this is my command console like
Right now is there a way to force it to boot into download because thats the only way i see i can fix it (without using physical buttons)
Again many thanks for replying.

well it was a quick shot from my note 4 but still explains the problem. phone stays like this with blue led flashing after i heard samsung boot sound. i tryed to flash old recovert first i used but it also didnt worked.
update: i cant reach recovery...
First try to take out battery for some time and try to boot again. If not successfully what about download mode? If you can't boot and can't go to recovery your only option is to flash stock ROM by Odin using download mode. Then you can flash recovery and restore your backup (if you have one).

well i already tryed battery trick. i found stock rom (1.3gb from internet) downloading now. if i flash that will it fix it?
and no i dont have a backup
Be absolutly sure so downloaded ROM is suitable for your model - one of trusted sources of stock ROMs for Samsung phones is there: http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
If you choose proper ROM, after flashing it you will get brand new system on your Mega - flashing ROM by Odin superseed all what you have now in your unit. Of course all your data will be lost.

Fixed, Solution (By jschenard From China-Devices.com)
Edit(2) : If you flash the boot-lk and recovery, no need to put a custom rom. I have wait a little and Android is booting up normally after 2 minutes with the Ulefone Stock Rom. But, you will still probably have lost your IMEI so you will need root. CrystalRom from needrom.com is already rooted.
OK. It seems that the IMEI was lost in the process and the baseband is unavaible. I Will need to check it out. At least the phone is revived but the phone is almost useless without network lol. I will keep you posted
Hello friends.
I have the solution right now. I have checked the files provided by Ulefone and the ROM is not for the Be Touch 2 ( maybe this is only a mistake **** happens lol )
The problem we have comes with the boot file. I have created a new boot file to flash in order to boot the phone correctly in the recovery mode. I have also created the lk file and included a custom TWRP recovery ( the TWRP recovery is not my work tho )
So to revive your phone follows those instructions
1. Use SP Flash tool to flash your phone
2. Put a custom rom in your external SD card ( because the original rom wont boot up. I'll try something else later to see if I can boot the rom provided by Ulefone ) I have took the Crytal Rom from needrom.com
2. Use the same scatter file provided by Ulfone
3. Replace Boot - lk and recovery by my files. ( Notice : My files are WIM files. Do not worry, this is working ) tro do this, double click on the location area and select the files
4. Keep all the other files intact
5. Happy flash your phone
6. Reboot the phone, you should see the Ulefone logo. The phone will stay at the Ulefone logo don't worry
7.Turn off the phone and go to the custom recovery ( Volume up + Power )
8. Wipe all the internal storage in the advanced wipe settings ( System, etc ) Do not touch the external storage lol
9.reboot on recovery again. You will have a notification saying you don't have an OS install. Please continue eith the reboot to recovery option
10. Flash your custom rom
11. Reboot
12. You have a brand new working phone.
feel free to continue the post I will help if it is not working for anyone.
