i create an update.zip but when i load it then give an exception(device samsung t-320)

E:signature verification failed.
how ca fix it?

I keep getting this message after I sign the .zip ROM and try to install it. When trying to install it it says:
Verifying update package...
Installing update...
E:Can't find update script
Installation aborted.
And in the background when its verifying, it gets about 3/4 the way through and runs to the problem.
I've tried placing the update_script in many different areas and I've tried to delete the META-INF files to avert confusion for signatures, but I just cannot figure it out.
I'm trying to upgrade my Atrix 4G from CM9 0.6.9.1 to 0.6.9.3, however when I choose the zip file, I get the following:

Use the torrent or download to two devices and generate MD5 hashes on both to verify the download was successful.
I got the following error when I tried to load an OTA package from the SD card using CWM recovery with signature verification enabled.

Following are the details of the steps I followed -
1) I rooted my Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 (P3113) following the instructions posted on
http://www.androidauthority.com/galaxy-tab-2-7-0-p3113-root-clockworkmod-recovery-96474/.
2) Then I built an AOKP jellybean custom ROM following the instructions on
http://rootzwiki.com/topic/31166-tutorial-so-you-want-to-build-aokp-jb-ubuntu-1204/
3) Then I followed http://www.kandroid.org/online-pdk/guide/release_keys.html to create a distribution release and my own private signing certificates, and signed the APKs in the target files. Then I used ota_from_target_files to create an OTA zip signed with my own key.
4) I copied the signed OTA package to mSD card and boot the tablet to Recovery, then I wiped everything (factory/data reset, cache, ectc) including formating /system partition, then I enabled the Signature Verificaiton, and then selected the zip to install, and got the "Failed to verify the whole-file signature" error message.
By the way, if I disable the signature verification, I can load the zip successfully.
Can someone tell me what I did wrong or if I missed any necessary steps? Much appreciated.

Using clockworkmod recovery??Stock recovery only allows .zip's signed by Samsung.
1) Disable Signature Verification in cwm
2) Open Rom package in 7zip go to /com/Google/Android/updater-script open the file with notepad++ delete the first line titled 'asserts' this should solve status 7 errors also
just flash a custom recovery.

So i've tried to install custom ROM into my g900f but an error ocurred.
Error message is: e: footer is wrong e: signature verification failed
Before everything i've installed CF-Auto-Root-klte-kltexx-smg900f and before that i did copy PhoeniX.ROM.V15.XXS1CPK1.Marshmallow.G900F.by.tamirda to my micro SD card(2GB in size).
What to do, where i did eventual mistake?
