Yes, you can flash same ROM, devices are same but for different regions so 829 don't have LTE b20, but hardware is same

Yep
As we know in snapdragon phones you can select which network band you need
In huawei official firmwire this is blocked
Do we have custom firmwire to do that ,?

Yes to change Lte bands
I don't think anyone modded lte bands on kirin yet.
I would love to try to add lte band 20 to my Snapdragon's Huawei Enjoy Max which only has B1 and B3 so far.
I would be interested to see this feature as well
