Hello,
I did an insane mistake. I successfully rooted my neo L. In order to backup apps and remove bloatware, I installed Titanium Backup.
But during uninstall of bloatware by Titanium I forgot to uncheck some crucial apps, and in panic, I accidentally removed my battery.
And then after I inserted it and restarted, I got stuck in the bootloop.
Symptoms-
1. No LED blinks
2. Cant get into recovery mode (power button press + repeatedly pressing up volume button)
3. Repears after SONY logo is shown.
I tried the following using flashtool, with no success-
1. Reflashed the "MT11i_4.1.A.0.562_kernel" and "Neo L_4.0.4_MT25i Kernel Only"with using DoomLord's root toolkit in between..
2. Reflashed with "MT11i_4.1.A.0.562_kernel" and "MT25i_4.1.B.0.631_KERNEL ONLY" with DoomLord's root toolkit in between.
Can somebody please help me???

That ftf didn't flash properly. I tried several times.
I solved it using PC companion finally. It wasn't detecting my phone earlier for some driver issue which may have failed to install. Anyway, it worked now, and I fully repaired the ROM, but lost data, as expected.:good:

You can either use:
1. SEUS and reflash the SE official 2.1
2. Use flashtool.
3. If you created a backup using xRecovery, you can restore it.
No backup
You cant brick the x10 just shut down the phone press and hold back button insert usb and.tada you're in flash mode. Your data will be lost but hey phone will work again

I had a MiniCM7 ROM without a unlockable bootloader and custom kernel. I wanted to go back to an official ROM and i flashed the 2.1.1.A.0.6 ftf file with flashtool. When i try to turn it on, the screen turns on for a few seconds without showing the 'Sony Ericsson' and the phone reboot doing the same thing continously until the battery drains. Can someone help please ?

You should probably have done a factory-reset/wipe-cache/wipe dalvik-cache in recovery before you flashed.
Try the repair option in SEUS or PC Companion
But in the flashtool it has checked the wipe cache and data option

That may be, but somehow it failed, so do a repair with SEUS or PC Companion.

Hi! Right now i am in a bad situation. My sister has gotten her Sony Xperia Tipo into a bootloop. She said she was just going to restart it and it hasnt booted since then. It's stuck on the "Xperia" bootanimation. I'm not new on solving bootloops, rooting or android. But this is something odd for me. Is there a way to save an unrooted phone? I'm willing to pull a logcat if i can get the drivers to the phone (Sony pc companion can't find it). I could also factory reset it with adb, right? But, i still need drivers for that. I've never modded a sony device before.
Thanks for any help I can get. I hope this can be solved.
Edit: Thanks, it's booting again. Me and my sister are grateful
Did she do anything other than a normal reboot? E.g pull the battery etc?

She tried to reboot. Since it took so long, she decided to pull battery and try again. Still hasn't booted.
I would pull the battery, then boot into recovery, and factory reset. I can almost guarantee it will fix it
Happened to my sprint evo 3D during a massive storm. Something didn't jive and put my stock phone into a boot loop. Unfortunately as mentioned above, I had to reset my phone which fixed it. Major PITA since I had no backups.

No Sony mobile will have recovery installed by default. To install recovery your mobile must be rooted first, since you've said that she haven't rooted
her mobile yet, there is no chance for recovery.
If mobile is under warranty, pls move to your nearest sony centre and fix with them(Recommended), else try flashing the Stock ROM for Tipo :good:

My Xperia Neo L is not booting, please help. I am truly grateful for any advice or help!
I flashed the osb and then it went into a bootloop. The sony screen turned on then went to xperia, then turned off and then restarted again. So then i decided to flash the backup nandroid. After i sucessfully restored the backup, the Sony screen turned on then turned off and restarts again and again. I cant get into clockworkmod anymore!! When the sony screen turns on, i hold the volume key and press too and nothing works. PLEASE HELP!!!
I am rooted, stock neo L 4.1.b.0.626, and no unlocked bootloader.
Would it work if i use flash tool to flash the stock rom or something? Please help! ALSO i might have usb debugging checked off im pretty sure

I think you need to unlock bootloader. bcz i tried OSB and use them for 2-3 days and dlt it using no-usb.zip. it works gr8 for me. if phone is not starting then use stock firmware .631 and flash it. root it and unlock bootloader. install CWM and backup and do anything you want...bcz it restore successfully.

Hi guys,
I had a rooted X10 on stock ROM, however it started to lag recently and I've decided to restore it to factory settings.
Restored to factory settings, phone restarted and stuck on SE logo.
Flashed stock firmware with Flashtool, flashing went successfully, but still stuck on SE logo!
I dont remember the bootloader unlock status neither baseband version, its my mothers phone... For sure, I removed SD card. Tried flashing 3 times, no luck.
What should I do? Thanks in advance for all that will reply...

I checked those options in Flashtool, didnt help.
Could this be a problem with a bootloader? Is it being flashed separately, not in firmware? Or maybe Broadband?
