I am wondering G Vista supports quick circle cases like G3. I tried to buy quick circle case for G Vista but not a single vendor sells it except for G3
maybe it's new phone that just came out. Korean version of G Vista (GX2) seems like they have LG's quick circle case so i am assuming US version of G Vista has them well but i just want to make sure it has it. anybody?
thanks
Nobody??
I would LOVE to get this case, too, if you find it!

Korea has one but their phone name is GX2
According to LG, NO QUICK CIRCLE CASE capability
I spoke with LG about the LG G Vista and the QuickCircle Case. This phone does not have the capability to use a Quick View Case, according to the Rep:crying:

Hi, I'm going to buy the LG Optimus One, but I've seen that there more than one model: Lg Optimus One and Lg Optimus One with Google.
Anyone knows the differences between them?
tnx in advance

i think the 1 with the google branding is the right 1 as in india they sale that stuff only
exhaustive answer! eheh
Its same phone :|
Get the one with the google logo, good for showing off. the logo makes the phone look expensive to laymen
it's one and the same
So from a point of view hardware they are the same. What are the differences so? Just some software suite?
tia
nope, just some marketing move or something. every android phone actually has google in it. I'm pretty sure the ones without the google logo are from the early release batch.
The "with Google" branding means that the manufacturer is a "primary partner" with Google for Android.
In this case, it really doesn't matter since LG is a primary partner, so all their phones will benefit from this, even if the logo is not there.
There's no differences :S
Meh, I don't really like a Google logo to be on back of my phone
Hardware-wise both of them are the same.
I'd like to announce that the sony smartwatch is fully functional and compatible with the lg optimus g. They works flawlessly as a pair. Its a really nice accessory for the optomus g, especially if you hate having to take your phone out of your pocket constantly. There are endless features and I havent noticed any effect on the battery level. In my opinion its a must have for this phone. Let me know if you have any questions

Where'd you pick yours up and how much? Also could we get a picture of the one you got?

I got mine off ebay for about 75 bucks brand new. On amazon its around 120.
If you wanna buy it on ebay, please dont confuse the sony smartwatch with the sony liveview. The sony liveview will not work for this device.

I actually have a live view already and it does work lol. It's just pretty subpar all around as a smartwatch.
Im surprised it works. I thought it was only for the sony ericson. The layout for the live view is pretty nice though. So we can now say that both devices work with the optimus g. OPTIMUS G FTW!

Hello all-
Has anyone investigated this? As far as I am aware the OG models had this stripped from the specifications even though the E960 does support it..
Is there any retrofit kit available to enable this on Optimus Gs? On the Nexus 4 is it simply a dedicated battery pack, or would other hardware changes be necessary for an Optimus G?

I took the back off an E960 display at AT&T and didn't realize what those contacts did. Thought it was like my old Dell Streak where it would break the circiut and power off if cover was removed.

Hello,
Technology is so much upgraded now, that with the Smartphone Smartwatch is also taking their place in the heart of gadget users. Smartwatch is a good concept to connect with our mobile phone. Also it has some new features which can make life easier.
This is actually pretty cool, but I am assuming the wear is only compatible with G3.
Awesome:good:

Android Wear should be compatible with any KitKat phones. I'm pairing mine with G2. My friend with his N5.
http://www.cnet.com/au/news/lg-to-give-away-new-vr-for-g3-headsets/
One of the reasons i traded in my new OnePlus One phone for a G3 was seeing how awesome the G3 was with Google Cardboard. However, i almost wish i waited a little longer.
Looks like LG will be including a free VR cardboard designed for the G3 and a new VR game exclusive to the g3.
Except everyone who wants a G3 already has one, it has been 7 months since release.
I politely disagree. I passed over the g3, thinking the high powered screen was unneeded and a battery hog. It wasn't until i tried cardboard about a month ago that i changed my mind.
I think this is a smart move on lg's part.
Has anyone tried one of these for $12 off ebay? They seem to be a nice plastic headset but I'm curious if the lenses are good quality. According to their description it isn't supposed to bend the image like other lenses I just wonder how true that is.http://m.ebay.com/itm/151522097283?nav=SEARCH
Seems an interesting gadget, but what apps utilize it??
been seeing this for almost a month. no word on what "select markets" its for or how to get one. im holding off on my verizon upgrade to find out how to get one. *or possibly switching providers*
lg
sort of like how LG said they would release a boot unlock in a future release....might see these when the G4 is released
