Oem charger or generic?

I recently lost my charger that came with my l9 and used a friends samsung charger. It charges my phone but my battery will be dead in just a few hours. Same voltage as lg charger. My question is do I need to buy an oem charger or will a generic charger be fine? I also found one on newegg that uses lg parts but the model # is different than original charger, what do you suggest? Anyone have any experiences with this?

I use charger from my kindle. I would buy generic cause it's probably cheaper and imo there is no diffrence.

The amperage needs to be the same as your OEM charger or higher. If the amperage is lower it will take much longer to charge and may not charge completely if the charging circuit on the device does not handle lower amperage chargers.

Wireless Charging Died

Yesterday the wireless charging chip died in my V10. I'm using the official LG CPR-120 wireless charging back cover.
I tried both of my Tylt Vu chargers. The light on the charger is green, but the phone does not charge. My Note 4 still charges on both chargers, so I know they're good.
Wireless charging dying was a very common issue on the LG G4 due to a crappy wireless charging chip by IDT. Looks like LG used the same crappy chip in the V10.
T-Mobile is sending a replacement but I'm not going to charge my V10 wirelessly anymore, since it will just break again.

LG charger but I'll recommend the one which u got with product. More power charger causes system failure.
I used Moto turbo charger and device went black.
So try to stick with charger came with device.
i no have stock charge :c
Use amplify apk to check for best charge for yr phone
I would suggest you to use the charger having 1.0A output since hopefully it would charge your phone a bit faster than the regular one.

Spare battery does not QuickCharge

Hi
I bought a spare battery for my LG G5. I believe it is a genuine one as it comes with the LG Battery Charging Dock Cradle Charger.
But it does not QuickCharge. My original battery does.
Is it normal?

Are you sure it doesn't? Install Ampere and check if 'charging mode' says 'turbo' with both batteries.
