[Q] Internet disconnects after every 25-30 minutes - Moto E Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everyone, I bought Moto E a week ago. Everything
is working fine in this phone except connection
problem. Internet disconnects after every 25-30 minutes
in 2g/3g (both). I have tried three different sims
( Airtel, Vodafone, Idea). Updated the phone software
to 4.4.4. But still I am having the same problem. Is
this a defective phone ? Help please. How can I solve this ?

[Q] 2.3.3 fido 2G radio trouble

Hello, I have a strange issue with connecting to the fido network on the latest android.. I live in a valley and the signal wasn't the greatest although it used to always work perfectly .. I could be in my basement etc without any troubles . Now it keeps connecting and disconnecting on me with any subtle movement. (edge /2g), sometimes it doesn't even find the network or sometimes it says that my sim cannot be registered on the network. As an example I have 3 bars but my phone state says emergency calls only..
Although if I go into town and connect to 3G it works perfectly with no disconnections at all... I've tried cleaning the connectors, the sim itself, even swapped the radio itself.. tried different roms even.. tried reflashing the baseband..
There are several 3G tweaks although never came across any 2G ones..
Might anyone have any ideas what I could do? Could it just be that because there has been no official release of 2. 3. 3 for fido or Rogers? I'm truly stumped...
Any help would be truly appreciated.
Thank you..

[Q] Xperia U GPS problem (different than others)

Hi. The problem with my XU I face now is weird (having in mind all the other posts that I've read in this forum about this problem with XU phone). I bought this phone last year, and until March, 2013 didn't have any problem with my GPS, i mean my location was fixed in seconds (max in minute) and I was able to use navigation. By the way, I was using different ROMs, tried ICS, GB, some custom ROMs and EVERYTHING WENT FINE.
Then I haven't used GPS since march, and now when I need it again, it doesn't work properly. I get it fixed for 30 meters around me with wifi on and 800 meters with mobile network on, and I am unable to use any navigation because I need my location totally fixed. I've also checked my girlfriends phone (she's got ZTE Blade) yesterday and the same problem occur, but it was ok months ago (it might be just coincidence).
I live in UK, in city, not village, so GPS signal is strong. I have T-mobile (UK) network (but tried 3 network sim as well, didn't solved), phone running stock GB rom (I've tried other roms as well, the same problem).
So finally, my question is if there is anyone else in UK facing the same problem maybe with other Sony phones or networks?
I have tried to find problem solution in this forum, tried GPS Status and Fix apps, I have rooted my device in order to be able to change gps.conf file, but all the mods and fixes doesn't work.
Edit: problem solved, assembled and reassembled phone, cleaned pins and it works now.

[Q] Samsung galaxy S duos2 - signal problem

Hi folks,
I bought the Samsung galaxy s duos2 GT-S7582, last week (sw 4.2.2). I wanted to associate my private and company sim cards into one device.
On the first sight it works properly. Until I lost signal from my provider. Both sims I used, are from the same mobile provider. At home it works properly, but in work where is a bit week signal I have a problem to reconnect, after I lost the signal. It seems to me that it doesn't reconnect automatically after I come to area where the signal is for sure, I can not even find any provider manually. I can not do and receive calls on both sims after that of course. Only think what will help is to restart the phone. After that it works properly again, until I lost signal on one of the card again.
I tried to replace the sim cards between them - doesn't help, replace one of the sim with my wife's one - same problem. I did several different settings regarding the connection, but nothing helps. I believe that this would be more-less sw problem, not the hw.
Did anybody face the similar problem? Have you any advices how to solve this issue?
Many thanks for reply.

[Q] Jiayu G4S won't call after update

Hi there,
About a half year ago i got my Jiayu G4S, 16gb, octacore. Works great, but it comes with stock Android 4.2.2.
So a few weeks ago i decided to update the G4S with the official Android 4.4.2 Jiayu G4S update rom I found on needrom.com.
So i flashed it and booted the G4S, everything works fine, except for the mobile network.
I can't call anymore and the G4S won't connect to a my mobile-phone provider...
It shows some mobile network signal from now and then but that's it.
Could it be possible that the phone is on an different network setting or something, that it might switched from Europe to China?
I tried a lot of thing, with a lot of different roms, but i just won't work anymore.
Am i the only one wit h this problem? I've searched the internet for weeks now, but without any luck so far.
Kind regards,
Dicky

i have have realme x2 pro two years and realme GT neo 2 one year and i never find a simple bug.
Support service o Motorola is a BOT.
I have the same problem, but it happens to me when leaving Wi-Fi, or changing regions, it seems to happen when changing the antenna of the mobile service provider. I'm in São Paulo / Brazil - operator Vivo Telecom
I format my Motorola Edge 30 Pro today. If it fixes the issue I writte here the feedback.
Thanks.
i factory my motorola edge 30 pro 4 days ago and till now i dont have that issue that all days appears in my devive.
for users that have this issues, foactory your device is my advice.
I am having the same problem with calls , and my phone randomly reboots by its own...I reported all this problem to service center and they replaced me brand new unit as DOA claim,. Supprisingly problem remains with the new unit..it's been 2 weeks now since I got this new phone..I'm not sure if it's a software bug..
I've had this problem for couple of months now... Usually though I can still receive calls when this happens and data still works fine.
So I did a factory reset as suggested by @almmpt just one day later the same happened again.
Till now after a week everything is perfect for me. I receive and make callls without any issue.
It still happening intermittently for me.
