We don't have a pro dev for our phone.
So don't ask for roms, start developing by yourself.

Actually, we haven't unlocked the bootloader, but we have found a way to bypass the Secure Boot Check and, as a side effect, we also got access to fastboot commands.

Well my case is like this!
I'm looking to buy a motorola photon online,it was on spring and it suposed to be unlocked for every carrier. i'm from mexico, we use telcel.
The motorola photon only comes with GB android, and i've always like to modify my phones with roms, root, etcs.
Before i do any transaction i'd like to know if i can instal ICS roms or any other cooked roms without loosing the unlocked carrier?.
I know that theres a lot of ways on unlocking carriers like imei and other programs, but if i loose it, the unlocking is gonna cost me something?
Unlocking the bootloader is only to install roms? or i can do an unlocking carrier by unlocking the bootloader? it cost me anything?
This method by Lokifish Marz is to unlock bootloader or carrier???

unlocking bootloader and installing a custom rom will not make you lose sim unlock

sim unlocking is usually only possible via SOLD sim unlock codes so yes, if you need to sim unlock you have to pay

unlocking the bootloader is done to be able to flash custom recovery, custom ROMs and custom Kernels, improving the performance and usability of your device

bootloader unlocking and carrier unlocking are not related. bootloader unlocking can be done for free by yourself with the help of the info here in XDA. SIM unlocking requires a code you usually have to buy.

losing 4G shouldn't be of much concern to you. Telcel doesn't use WIMAX 4G so you wouldn't have had any use to it anyway.

if the cell is 2.3.5 already it cannot be unlocked and you CANNOT downgrade it because you risk HARD brick
The sim is only locked in US.
All other sims work.
But stuck on GB. Even if you could flash ICS the photons kernel is so old the video doesn't work well.

If you're higher than vrajb is it possible to unlock the Verizon Note 2 without unlocking the bootloader?

I don't understand. Are you having a problem unlocking your bootloader. Or just don't want to, but want to flash your custom rom. without the bootloader being unlocked you will have to flash certing things like the kernel manually everytime you flash a rom.

Actually I've already unlocked and rooted using Outler/Radeklav's method, but I'd like to know for other people who have asked if it's possible to root, keep stock ROM and keep the bootloader unlocked for above vrajb phones. (I know you can do it for vrajb phones using the Exynos exploit.)

The only way to root only on VRAMC3 is with the Toolkit, there are mixed results with it though. Some say it works great and some say it doesn't work at all, in the end the people that just want root can try that and if it doesn't work they should just root and unlock the bootloader with CASUAL and if they don't want to mess with flashing they don't have to. There are really no downsides to having an unlocked boot loader aside from not being able to accept and install OTAs, that's a plus in my book though.

Google "android safestrap", it should point you in the right direction. What are GSM ROMS?
There are tons of guides on unlocking the bootloader on Kenzo, both official and unofficial. But how to do it on Kate? Does the same methods work or do we have some other way of doing it?
The only method I've found was on Xiaomi's forums, but it looks kinda sketchy, anyone tried it? https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...unlock-redmi-note-3-se-kate-bootloader.36255/

Do we need an unlocked bootloader to root, or is an unlocked bootloader just for TWRP/custom roms?

no the bootloader already unlocks with 30 € the problem and do the root procedure!
"Normal" way of installing root on Pie is not working as ramdisk is now part of root fs (system).
So you will have to wait until TopJohnWu releases his workaround.
