A friend has come to me with an Samsung S3 (GT-I9305) , it works fine with an external Antenna, but once its off the set up it shows not network/ limit signal and can not connect to Telstra , he is using the L1 port on the back of the phone.Has anyone come across this problem before and using external antenna? any help or insite would be great thanks

I just bought Starb92m and now i understand that it has poor signal reception for both simcard.Im connecting identical operators simcarts,also i put same operators simdcard to the samsung ace. Both simcard rx levels are 20dB lower than galaxy ace , i also check with SE c702...
How can i fix it? If this is common problem for both simcard and both radio technologies( gsm+utran), maybe i have problem with antenna?
I cannot send back phone because of high shipping cost .Could you help me about which one is gsm antenna in this picture? Does Gps and gsm antennas connect to the same antenna?

i dcide to open phone but which one is gsm antenna? how can i sure about antenna? i saw a little sma connector cable going to the bottom of the phone.may be that one is gsm antenna ?

Hello comunity. Im Elian from Argentina. Im following this forum for quite some time but i never posted. So this is my first post.
I bought a chinese replica from a popular dealer from Aliexpress 1:1 of the Samsung Galaxy S4 - (MTK6589) with air gesture, smart stay, and flipcover support.
Based on what i've read seems to be a HDC Galaxy S4 Legend, but im not sure.
Everything works great except for two mayor issues:
Phone Signal does not work good. I have to be outdoors, out of the house to get a usable signal
Wifi Signal is poor. I have to be standing 10 feet from the internet router to get a decent conection
My local phone company (Personal Argentina) works on band 850 y 1900 Mhz
Does this two issues can be solved by changing the original rom to a custom one like hdc S4 legend Fluffy Galaxy S4 CWM FLASH NOTE3 PORT from Fluffy ??
Anyone of you had a similar problem ? Thanks
No outgoing or incoming calls with different network and ROM tried without success.

I have similar problem, no outgoing or incoming calls, tried installing 3 different ROM and also tried different network cards. On the top of the network signal bars its all grey and there is a cross (x)!! Has anybody got solution to help? Thanks
hdc galaxy legend signal problem
hello i have the same problem here in croatia with t- mobile provider.
i have tryed fluffy s rom and no luck. my network signal little bit working and then no reception at all. hardwere seems to be ok. I checked with smartphone service . And bands are ok to. smartphone suports t- mobile bands. I dont know what is wrong.
Hi guys I have had same issue. I round one post here to increase signal with Cooper to stick, bit it didn't works. Resolved to insert directly into antenna a piece of flexible metal band stick on cover

I bought the Samsung galaxy s duos2 GT-S7582, last week (sw 4.2.2). I wanted to associate my private and company sim cards into one device.
On the first sight it works properly. Until I lost signal from my provider. Both sims I used, are from the same mobile provider. At home it works properly, but in work where is a bit week signal I have a problem to reconnect, after I lost the signal. It seems to me that it doesn't reconnect automatically after I come to area where the signal is for sure, I can not even find any provider manually. I can not do and receive calls on both sims after that of course. Only think what will help is to restart the phone. After that it works properly again, until I lost signal on one of the card again.
I tried to replace the sim cards between them - doesn't help, replace one of the sim with my wife's one - same problem. I did several different settings regarding the connection, but nothing helps. I believe that this would be more-less sw problem, not the hw.
Did anybody face the similar problem? Have you any advices how to solve this issue?

I bought a tablet Samsung Galaxy tab 4 4g lte, the guy from best buy told me that's it is fac tory unlocked, when I inserted a different sim card.it says sim card from unknown source but it has a signal on signal bar and I tried to start data connection but it doesn't show the up and down arrow that confirms you are connected, please help me.
i9300 - Low WiFi signal

I need a help. My phone has very low WiFi signal. I thought it could be ROM's problem so i flashed stock ROM back > but it hasn't helped.
I checked wifi antena, i tried to put it out and run phone without that, but phone still could connect to WiFi without antenna.
I have S3 NEO (i9301) motherboard, but there is no antena like in S3. ( i wanted to change antena).
Do you have some advice for me?
