Absolute Root Tool Fonts sb'd my phone so it wouldn't load beyond the dual core sign.
Solution: Reflash the firmware posted in the "noobs" thread located in the general section.
Hey guys, I'm kind of new to this whole table thing, but I was wondering if there was a step by step walk thru on how to overclock? Also, is it safe? Sorry, I know I'm a noob.
Anyways, thanks for the help
welcome to android. Here's what you need:
A rooted tab
a custom ROM or at least a custom Kernel that allows overclocking
SetCPU application.
If any part of this is unfamiliar to you then you've got some reading to do. There are plenty of step by step guides, so take your time, read a LOT before taking any steps, and ask questions once you've done enough reading to not sound like you need your hand held.
Dear All I have seen the topics about the OC in the forum but I didn't find any help. The topic that speak about the OC has a file that is not present.

Hi guys, I'm just new to this site!
First and foremost, I like to thank you all for such a great website.
I've got a question and I would be so pleased if someone could help me.
I've got a Samsung Galaxy Pro GT-B7510 and I've already rooted it! I was wondering If someone could tell me that how could I overclock my CPU and also how to get rid of some system applications which are not very useful.
Thanks in advance!
Yours sincerely!
I'd take the time to find your phone's forum and read all the stickies there. I'll bet your questions are already answered.

Changing CPU frequency without starting ROM?
I also have the problem of my phone rebooting before I'm able to change the frequency of the CPU. Is there any file I can edit to change the CPU frequency? So, where are the performance settings stored essentially?
Thanks in advance!
Edit: Nevermind, after about 50 attempts I finally made it into the performance settings fast enough

If you have problems of stability due to high frequencies, flash CMX10 kernel, and the kernel change will reset the CPU freq customization settings, and you'll able to boot without issue. After changed the CPU freq's to 1.0Ghz max, you can re-flash SDE kernel (i think it's better)
Nice work!
Hey, have you or anyone fixed the bugs?
I want to go for Lollipop on my Xperia X10, but I want to know if there are still bugs or if it has improved, help me please.
Thanks.
Of course it has bugs?
