I trying to work on a YP-GS1 samsung player, i'm a newbie in the development world of android but i lightly modding it by some years, i explain my situation:
I modified this player installing CWM form here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=43190038#post43190038 installing also the CM 7.2 some moths ago, now i would mod it but i looked that the device isn't detected on Odin 1.85/3.07 and i can't understand why, the device is recoginsed with the "USB mount" option and with " USB mass storage" CM option but not in download mode.
I hope that someone will help me

Hi, im kinda new, so yes im a noob. And a total noob, i've been browsing through this forum for maybe a month or two, just searching up things and you all talk a different language. Basically, here's my question.
I just recently recieved my Samsung Galaxy S II GT-I9100 Running Android version 2.3.5. I can't for the life of me get it to connect to my PC via USB (wireless is out of the question for now, until i get myself a new wireless card). I have updated Kies , installed the drivers, uninstalled and re-installed several times, download Android SDK and tried it, tried all the enable/disable debugging and mass storage device and still nothing. Windows says (im running Windows 7 64-bit) the drivers failed to install or the device has malfunctioned, but the phone says its connected MTP. Any reason or neat trick for this? I have no idea on flashing, or ANYTHING on phones so if you could please explain in retard terms for me, it would be much appreciated. Hopefully i'll learn a lot of new things here aswell.

Hi guys I installed on my samsung galaxy gio Cyanogen mod 7.1.
I don't have connectivity with my computer, when I plug the phone to it it charges but the pc says "problem installing device driver, device malfunctioned" or something and i dont have market I wanted to release my ROM gemutlich hutte (get ready for it lol) but i have no idea how to unbrick my phone on cyan 7.1

I am taking a basic course on creating android apps.
I have the ADT installed and working. I own a S3 i9300 and it has CM 10.1.3 installed on it.
I am having trouble getting it to work as a device for Eclipse and I think it is a driver issue. I used kies to install the drivers but I'm not sure if this is how I should be doing it.
When I try to choose it as a device in Eclipse it says unknown under target with an orange Triangle and under state is says offline.
Sorry if this is a stupid question. I'm just getting started with all this and I wan't it working the best I can.

EDIT: I disabled USB Debugging and re-enabled it and it worked

and so, here is my problem, i hava a Galaxy tab M180s run on Android Gb 2.3 UC27 rooted rom. I have my device to run this rom for 3 months and it work perfectly. After that, i wanted to install AoPK 4.0.4 (my parents wanted to use my tab but they doesn't understand English) but when i plug the USB port, the computer doesn't seem to identify my device, my tab doesn't show the "Mass Storage Device" option in stasus bar, so i can't install the rom or neither copy anything into my tab.
I've already tryed to install Kies and ADB Driver but it's still not work.
So that, can anybody give me a solution for my USB method Problem, Plz
or can anyone make a .zip file of AoKP and CWM for my Tab so i can install it via CWM
