I was in Slimkat and tried the new DN3 for the Tmobile Note 2. Some good features in the new DN5 but miss a lot of features from the Slimkat.
Is it possible to get some of the Slimkat features like the pie control. Also the dialer in the Slimkat is the best i have used so far-tired a few ROms and the Slimkat dialer is by far the best - at least for me.
Can i use the Slimkat dialer and the pie on the new DN3 OR use the powersaver from the DN3 on Slimkat. If so how do i do this. THanks

Hi guys,
Just wanted to know, would it be possible for me to have the default stock rom touch sounds and integrate it into slimkat ? I'm using slimkat stable build 5 right now, and the touch sounds is just soooo soft for my liking even with boeffla kernel tweaking.
I'm on the SR KK V1 by Krowley3 and before that I was on the Ditto N3 ROM and I loved some of the Note3 features and the s5 features.
Is there a way to add some of those features to a nearly stock KK deodoexed version of KK? I like the toolbar from the s5 (dot on the screen) I like to tourch light etc.
Basically I can flash the roms, not sure how to add on.
Thanks

I think the best lollipop rom is nightly cm 12 from just archi.
i agree wirh Pathera
I've been wondering the same thing. I've seen people post problems about camera no longer working or not being able to use wifi and other network functions. While others reported that their phone started to overheat.
I'd like to flash Lollipop on my i9300 but I'd like a ROM that's as close to Google stock as possible and yet is stable. Which would fit this description the best, Archi's cm 12, Ressurection Remix or some other ROM?
more then satisfied with temasek's cm12 ... everything works perfect, fine battery
CRdroid have no issues best performance no leakage of ram and balanced battery life
Another vote for temasek's cm12 unofficial build. I'd go that far to say that it's the best ROM ever for i9300.
Temasek FTW!
Temasek's and arter97 cm 12.1 LP 5.1.1!
Super stable, battery saver, and costumizable.
Note that it is a cm rom, so with all cm roms problems, namely random rebooting and car Bluetooth issues...
Anyway in my opinion the best i9300 LP ROM so far.
There is a paranoid android official 5.1.1 for i9300 in their website. It's pretty stake stable but lacking in features. Although you need to flash boeffela with it otherwise it won't boot after first installation.
Hello, untill now I always used on my S3 international only 4.3 stock based rom. Now I would like to try a 4.4.x samsung based ported rom, but I have some doubts...
Which ones are the best in terms of stability and battery life? 4.4.2, like Blekota S5, or 4.4.4, like Blekota Note 4?
And how is the best of the teo, compared to stock based 4.3?
Thanks in advance!
I have used S5 Sensation rom V11 which is pretty cool paires with the lastest boeffla kernel, it's super cool ( based on 4.4.4 ) which is a lollipop styled S5
Amcha rom 4.4.4 is quite cool aswell, As for blekota note 4 V5.2.1 i didn't tried it yet, but i am going to
if you are referring to tw roms & play games or love multitasking, then those with lp or themed roms aren't going to give you the best performance. it depends on your preference & usage, look cool or multitasking/gaming.
back2noot (eol), atila (the best in my opinion with working stock radio), qs (4.4.2 only) & [email protected] roms are all mostly stock debloated roms, great for multitasking/gaming. otherwise, the above reply by tadydrift should be your choice.
cm/aokp/aosp/miui/etc are in a different category
I know its a generic title, but as the name goes, I'm looking for a ROM that can be fully customized in color selection even icons, that is KK or MM based. I recently put the phone back to 4.4.2 BNH5 (Works Well). I also have TWRP installed. (Yes I know how to use ODIN)
Trying to navigate here to find Current ROMs that are compatible is a chore.
Just Looking for suggestions.
Ones I have in Mind (If I can find the latest versions that are KK or MM Based, don't want an L rom)
Bobcat ROM
AllianceROM
AOKP
Exodus
Resurrection Remix
Cyanogenmod
Thanks

Yeah Its interesting, I like the Touchwiz UI more so than the AOSP interface. To me it feels like AOSP is limited...
