4.3 to 4.4.x Update while Rooted? - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S 4

Hello all.
I have a 4.3 mk2 ROOTED -using Oden 1 year ago and not sure if locked or unlocked bootloader.
I am running stock touchWiz ROM, bootloader I545VRUEMK2, Kernal 3.4.0 Build JSS15J
Every morning it asks me to update OTA 4.4
I don't mind wiping all of my data.
What are the steps to update to 4.4.x?
I did a search and found this link to going from 4.3 mk2 to nc5, BUT IS THERE A NEWER VERSION OR WAY TO DO THIS?
IE 4.4.4 ???
Thanks in advance!

[Q] Flashing CM 10.1 on Verizon Note 2

Hey guys. I've been on the "Beans" rom forever (Build 21) and starting to have some issues so wanna try flashing a new rom. I have the Verizon Note 2 rooted with unlocked bootloader (Never took the OTA that locked it) so I have Android 4.1.2 at the moment with VRAMC3 Baseband version. What do I need to do if anything before flashing CM 10.1? Do I need to upgrade firmware or anything? I heard you can brick if you flash a newer rom without upgrading your firmware first? I believe CM10.1 is Android 4.2 so I'd be going from 4.1.2 to 4.2 so I dunno. I'm also using an older version of TWRP as my recovery. Should I download the latest TWRP and flash that first? It's been a while since I did any fancy stuff with my phone just wanna make sure I don't mess it up. Thanks in advance everybody

[Q] Creating a rooted Lollipop update package

When I upgraded from a rooted 4.4.2 to 4.4.4 i followed this recipe: forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z2/general/4-4-4-creating-rooted-update-package-t2933155
Now I'm at 4.4.4 (23.0.1.A.0.167) and rooted and I want to update to 5.0.2. Is it possible to follow the proceedure I followed last time in the link above, or do I have to downgrade to 4.4.2 somehow and then upgrade to 5.0.2?
Any helpful answers appreaciated

Hi, sorry for my bad english, I'm from Mexico
Yes, you can do it (I made myself with the 23.1.A.0.726 Lollipop, the HK and US) and is working really fine
Just 2 thing in mind:
1.- You need root and working recovery (in your last rom, for example 4.4.4)
2.- The correct files to make the preroot: the supersu, the ftf and the dual recovery(this works with lollipop http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2261606)

How do you downgrade from 5.1.1?

I have an s5 that came with 5.1.1 completely stock, unrooted with baseband: G900TUVU1FOF6. I have never downgraded an s5 before. I've only done it to nexus devices. Does anyone have any instructions on how I should downgrade it? I was thinking of using the 5.1.1 rooting procedure that involves flashing a kernel with kies then maybe it would be possible to flash a custom 5.0 rom with recovery. I'm not sure that is a good idea though because I wasn't sure if the bootloader, CSC, or PDA firmware would still be stuck at the 5.1.1 version.
Edit:
I found this video which seems to say you don't need to root. I'll try the video's method. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nek0lowlMmM

Upgrade to lollipop

How to upgrade to lollipop from my rooted ls990 running 4.4.2 kitkat on zv4 software..please help.
Easiest way is probably to flash the pre-rooted ZVB ROM from here:

Or, if you want absolutely, completely stock rooted, check this thread:
