Please do something so users of galaxy y can get wifi monitor mod enabled by old or new method
-New method (with bcmon.apk)
1. Install bcmon.apk from here

3. Load aircrackgui app and use it
(switch to new method if necessary
through settings menu)
-Old method (with pre-compiled

1. Extract the content of sdcard.rar

2. Compile your patched module and
copy together with firmware in
"module" subfolder (/sdcard/
aircrackgui/module)
Put ONLY one module/firmware.

nope I am asking to connect through it and boost the network using 10 dpi antenna
Not saying anything about the op but using aircrack isn't illegal unless you're breaking into a network you're not authorized to use. Lots of people are interested in just learning how such software works, and we should encourage legal experimentation on such a forum. There's nothing wrong in cracking your own network for learning purposes.

You need to build the modules for the kernel you're using. I'd offer but I had to sadly remove my Arch Linux install (VSync y u no work?) and I don't have a GNU/Linux VM set up at the moment. If you're using a custom kernel, you could ask nicely in the thread dedicated to discussing the kernel.

WPA is very easy to crack on the majority of home routers. The reason is WPS which has several flaws, allowing guessing the key within 3 hours.

However if you compile it on your computer, you'll have to cross-compile for ARM9.

3D graphics performance on Android devices has increased dramatically in the last year or so. Some newer phones have very impressive benchmark scores, and many don’t even break a sweat while playing high quality games or emulators for consoles like Playstation and Nintento 64. Some older devices such as the Samsung Galaxy Ace don’t have that kind of power, though, and require some help.
I have ported a method that will help increase 3D graphics performance. The modification process is a relatively, and involves deleting the libGLES_android.so file from the phone, flashing the modified Adreno Lib files, and giving the build.prop a few tweaks to get everything running.
The end result is a GPU that renders 3D faster than it did previously. As always, make a complete backup before attempting anything, just in case something bad happens. For now, the tweak has only been tested on a couple of ROMs, but should work for any Gingerbread based ROM.

yes. there are adreno 200 drivers in 5830i as well as droadcom drivers and they are mixed.

You mean all the apps (system, data, sd card) or just the downloaded ones?
I tested only antutu and Dragon fly. Try,flash via cwm.

I have flash and wipe data/cache/dalvik and the phone boot, but >SOME< apps don't work, like AnTuTu and Gallery. But, ES Explorer, SuperUser, Calendar and more are working.
Of course it will not work properly, because we have VideoCore IV, not Adreno 200.

I was surfing and get this awesome app for the Gamers who like to play PlayStaion, now it is on Mobile and works on our low-end device Galaxy Y.
I thought it to share it you all.
Now lets back to the topic.
Steps to follow :
1)Download the Playstation®Mobile.apk and install it.
After installing it you will get an error. Dont worry.
Download : http://www.playstation.com/psm/store/en.html
2)Now you need to download the following zip and flash(I have modified the zip)
Download : http://db.tt/k3Wbmn8Y
Note: Just to be clear once again, you have to be rooted to install the helper files com.playstation.playstationcertified.jar and com.playstation.playstationcertified.xml. If you're not rooted yet, first figure out how to do so to your device and then come back.
This relies on having busybox, which if you're rooted, you likely already do.
3)Alternatively, if you don't want to flash from recovery or just like to know what you're doing, you can perform the steps manually while booted into Android:
Unzip the zip file downloaded in step 2.
Copy playcertetcpermissionscom.playstation.playstationcertified.xml to /system/etc/permissions/ on your device.
Copy playcertframeworkcom.playstation.playstationcertified.jar to /system/framework/ on your device.
Set the permissions on com.playstation.playstationcertified.jar to 644 (read/write, read, read) using your favorite file manager or command line.
4)Reboot.
Note : You need to be registered on playstation network to play games.
Register as citizen of United kingdom or Japan as I have tested other countries are not working.

How old is that! I download gigabytes a week on my mobile network as I have no data limits so to make this app usable only if you have wifi makes the app useless to me

I have only Galaxy Y. So cant say anything. But it may work on other device also as it is compatible with galaxy y.

To implement into another ROM/file:
1. Decompile android.policy.jar (both from attachment and from your ROM).
2. Copy PhoneWindowManager$BackLongPress.smali into
\android.policy.jar.out\com\android\internal\polic y\impl\
3. Merge changes from \android.policy.jar.out\com\android\internal\polic y\impl\PhoneWindowManager.smali to your file.
You can use original file from LIH ROM to find differences.

Is this rom will work for T235(which received 5.1.1) or T235Y(Taiwan - which received 4.4.2). They have different chipset marvel and exynos.

The Tab 4 can't go past Android 4.4.x KitKat.

I've tried to port lineage os 14.1 from kminilte (Samsung S5mini) to degaslte (Samsung Tab4 T235Y) cause they have same chipset and gpu. But I have failed because I don't know much about porting roms. I just replaced
these following files from degaslte cm13 to kminilte cm14.1.
1.boot image
ramdisk - charger, default.prop, fastab.universal3470, init.universal3470.rc, init.universal3470.usb.rc, ueventd.rc, ueventd.universal3470.rc
split-img - boot.img-zImage
2.system.new.dat
System/Etc - Bluetooth and WiFi folder, apns-conf.xml, recovery-resource.dat
System/Lib - egl & hw & soundfx folder
System/vendor - firmware folder, lib/ hw folder
Now I facing issue with USB mtp not showing on my tab. Even in cm12.1, cm13, stock rom. Everything works except USB mtp. Twrp mtp also don't work. Please help me to solve this . Which files should I replace to work mtp USB?
