Push it to system/app or install it as normal apk
Now one thing to remember : Some countries have still not got some features of Google play like music ..for those the first page might be a broken one ..but the app will work its just that u would just see the categories and not the app precaps as in other versions ..but if u go to apps and other sections it will work nicely . But no worries as the official roll-out will sought-out that issues for those countries which still has not got full play store functions like music .

So I tried downloading this mod and the link for my build are offline on zippyshare and I couldn't find a mirrior there and not with Google either. So I wanna ask you guys if you have a download link for the XXEMR2 build. Or is the mod outdated? If so do you have a link for a new version?

Do you have xposed install? If yes then just install the multi window mod work for all 4.1.2 rom no need to flash file just install that and you read to go the link is here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2048668

This doesn't seem to work for me. I did the following:
Followed the link to the Xposed framework thread.
Downloaded and installed the Xposed framework
Opened the Xposed installer tabbed on "Framework" then "install/update"
Rebooted my phone like instructed
Downloaded and installed the Multiwindow mod apk(not the 240dpi version) that was attached to the thread you posted
Opened Xposed Installer tabbed on "Modules" checked the mod
Rebooted my phone again
After the reboot the Multiwindow process keeps crashing on my phone.

remove the module and try playstore multiwindowmanager that must more smooth way

The GooglePlay app isn't working on my phone at the moment, but I really want to install Themer Beta. I have found the apk file for the 1.19 and while the application works, it's not compatible with any of the themes. I'm hoping someone might know how/where I can download the apk file for the recent updates (1.26-1.28)?
I have an HTC Sensation with Cyanogenmod 11.0 on it and Android 4.4.2. I know this application works with my phone but I just need the updated file, without having to download it through Google Play.

Hi, unfortunately we aren't allowed to distribute the apk for Themer You can only get it from the Play Store, sorry about that.

just extract the zipfile and install as normal apk,its signed by google and updates the previous version,or rename the file to Phonesky.apk and move to system/app with permission rw-r-r-- and reboot.

Any changelog or something new ?
Playstore is updated to version version 6.4.20.C-All.
Download below,for infos look Google.
Just extract when its zipped and install as normal app or rename as you need and move it to system/app or when on CM11 to privapp with any root explorer and overwrite your previous one with permission rw-r-r--.
